Welcome beautiful soul.
Take a moment to arrive here,
To settle into your body and enter the space.
Allow your breath to slow.
Soften your shoulders.
Unclench your jaw.
There is nowhere else you need to be.
Nothing else you need to do.
Just arrive.
Begin to notice your breath.
Not changing it.
Just observing.
The gentle rise and fall.
With each exhale allow yourself to soften a little more.
Your aura is your energy field.
It surrounds your body but it's not separate from you.
It's your physical state and your deeper awareness.
Just as your body gives off warmth,
Your energy gives off presence.
And some people see this as light.
Some feel it as a sensation.
Some just simply know it's there.
There's no right way to experience your aura.
Only your way.
And we're now going to gently explore the various layers of your aura.
Imagine your energy like soft waves moving outward from your body.
Now the first layer,
This is the physical layer.
It's the one that's closest to your skin.
And this reflects your body's vitality.
Your energy levels.
Your physical well-being.
And when this layer is strong,
It feels steady,
Grounded,
Present.
When it is low,
You may feel tired,
Heavy or drained.
The second layer is your emotional layer.
This one,
This is constantly moving,
Shifting with your feelings.
Joy may feel light and expansive and stress may feel tight or contracted.
This layer,
This layer is very responsive and often the easiest to sense.
And then we have the third layer.
This is your mental layer.
This one holds your thoughts,
Your beliefs,
Your focus.
And when your mind is clear,
The layer appears open and balanced.
And when your mind is busy,
It may feel scattered or tense.
And then we have the fourth layer.
This is your spiritual layer.
This connects you to your intuition,
Your inner guidance,
Your deeper self.
And this layer often feels calm,
Spacious and expansive.
And all of these layers,
They move together like currents in a water.
They're always influencing each other too.
Now you may also begin to notice color in your aura.
And this may appear visually or as a feeling or simply as an inner sense.
So let's just explore some of the common colors.
So you have pink,
Which is soft,
Open,
Loving.
Then you have blue,
Calm,
Clear,
Expressive.
And then green,
That's balanced,
Healing and growing.
And then yellow or gold,
And that's been aware and confident.
And then there's also purple or indigo,
And that's intuitive,
Deep,
Connected.
Now your colors may shift.
They might blend or just change completely.
And this is natural.
Your aura reflects your moment,
Not a fixed identity.
So sometimes your aura may feel different.
So you might notice areas that feel heavy or dull.
You may sense tightness or distance.
Or just simply feel not quite yourself.
And this,
This is not something to worry about.
Your aura is always responding to your life,
To your energy and to your experiences.
So instead of seeing this as damage,
You can see it as communication.
Your energy is speaking to you,
Inviting care,
Rest or attention.
So let's see if we can experience it.
See if you can see or feel it or just experience your aura.
So bring one hand up in front of you.
And allow your eyes to soften.
And it's as if you are just looking beyond your hand.
So notice that space around your hand.
Perhaps it's a faint outline,
A shimmer,
Maybe it's a glow.
And okay,
We don't all see things.
It takes practice.
And if you don't see anything,
Notice what you feel,
Whether it's warmth,
Tingling or presence.
Now ever so slowly move your hand.
And just notice,
Does something move with it?
And that is your energy.
So now imagine a soft light within your chest.
And with each breath,
That light grows,
Expanding through your body,
Outward into the space around you.
Your aura becoming steady,
Clear and calm.
Your aura is always with you.
It reflects you,
Supports you and responds to you.
The more you notice it,
The more natural it becomes.
You can also do this by standing with a wall,
White wall behind you and looking into a mirror.
And then again,
Instead of the hand in front of your face,
Just soften your eyes and look past that picture of you in the mirror.
And that is a really good way too,
To sense and see and feel your aura.
And so do this practice daily.
Just so you can get to notice it,
To feel it,
To be able to respond to it.
And the more you notice it,
As I said,
The more natural it becomes.
So let's take a deep,
Slow breath together and bring your eyes back to normal,
Beautiful,
Normal focus and continue on in your glorious day.
And just keep noticing that joy and that magic and putting that joy into your day.
Practicing seeing your aura.
Namaste
