Welcome beautiful soul to this evening crystal and essential oil meditation.
It's a space which to release the day and return to steady ground.
Settle comfortably with smoky courts resting in your hands or close beside you.
And allow the warm,
Woody aroma of cedarwood to drift from a diffuser.
If you don't have either with you,
Their presence can simply be imagined.
Crystals deep earthen glow and the comforting fragrance of an ancient forest.
So close your eyes now and take a slow breath in.
And release it through parted lips.
Breathe in the cedarwood.
And as you exhale,
Allow your shoulders to lower.
Your jaw to relax.
And your body to become heavier.
And feel the smoky quartz within your hands.
A beautiful smoke-coloured light begins glowing inside the crystal.
It's not dark or heavy,
But warm and protective.
And with every breath,
This light travels into your palms,
Along your arms and through your body.
It gathers the restless energy of the day and it guides it slowly downward.
Through your chest.
Through your belly.
Along your legs.
And to the end of the earth beneath you.
Cares of the day begin leaving your body without effort.
And an ancient cedar tree appears before you and its trunk strong and weathered,
Its roots reaching deep into the earth.
And you settle at the foot of the tree and rest against its broad trunk.
The cedar doesn't hurry or strain to hold itself upright.
It just belongs to the ground beneath it.
As steadiness moves into your back.
While its warm woodland fragrance surrounds you like a protective cloak.
And breathe in the cedar wood.
Breathe out and feel another layer of the day falling away.
The Smoky Courts receives every worry.
Unfinished task and lingering thought without judgment.
The earth draws this heaviness downward,
Where it can be transformed into stillness.
The tree supports you.
The crystal steadies you.
And the Earth holds everything you are ready to release.
And take one final unhurried breath.
And as you exhale,
Roots of soft golden brown light form beneath you,
Anchoring your body into quietness and rest.
Our evening practice is now complete.
Remain here if you're ready for sleep or gently open your eyes if your evening continues.
And thank you for sharing these quiet moments with me.
And may smoky courts release what has grown heavy.
And may cedarwood return you to your center.
And may the ancient earth hold you peacefully throughout the night.
Namaste.
