Another Emerald Isle Song
This solo Irish flute improvisation was recorded at a Hipcamp cabin high up in the Hawaiian rainforest, surrounded by ohi’a trees. As I sat on my porch at sunset, I was suddenly inspired by the image of an “emerald island” in a sea of blue, and an Irish-style air came to mind. You'll hear the twilight sounds of neighboring farm animals settling in for the evening, as the nearby coqui frogs begin their evening chorus. This track is best listened to at a low to moderate volume, similar to the actual sound of a quiet rural Hawaiian evening.
