A medicine wheel is a circular arrangement of rocks, shaped like a wheel with spokes, created by Native Americans to mark events such as the solstice and equinox, and to track the seasonal positions of stars. For this song, I'm playing a Native American flute in C minor - improvising "live" inside the telescope dome at the Mt. Wilson Observatory. You are hearing the natural acoustics of the dome itself, responding to my flute with a dramatic cascade of echoes - there are no added studio effects.
