Go ahead and find a space where you feel relaxed,

Where you feel comfortable.

Somewhere you'll go undisturbed for a few moments.

And if you need to,

You can pause the recording and you can come back whenever you're ready.

But whenever you're there,

Whether you're sitting down or you're laying down,

It really doesn't matter.

Just relax yourself into a nice comfortable position and you can bring your attention and awareness to your breath.

And noticing the breath going in through your nose and out through your mouth.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

And whenever you breathe in,

Notice what it feels like to fill and expand your belly with all of that oxygen.

As your lungs fill and the diaphragm expands.

I want you to become more and more aware of your belly rising and falling with each breath.

Settling you much deeper into a calm and relaxed awareness.

Going much deeper.

And if you'd like,

You can place the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth where your teeth meet your palate.

And the moment you notice that sensation of your tongue on the roof of your mouth,

You can set the intention now to drift deeper,

Allowing your breath to slow its rhythm.

Its rhythm happening for you now in only the way and the pace that allows you to relax even deeper.

And in that process,

Somewhere you might notice a deep breath that opens that door to a much more relaxing state.

And every time there is a thought that comes into your awareness,

You can allow that thought as it leaves your awareness to letting you sink much deeper than just before that thought.

And you see,

The trick here is to notice how quickly you can sink by letting that thought go so deep.

Now beneath the surface,

Sinking,

Comfortably,

Relaxed,

Safely,

Noticing on your way down thoughts,

Sensations,

Relaxing much deeper,

Stillness growing within each breath as every thought leaves you feeling twice as relaxed which creates that space for a deep inner stillness to grow and expand into each breath that fills your lungs in a way that lets you know that at this point,

Even if you tried,

You couldn't open your eyes because you don't want to disturb the sense of peace that feels intoxicating in the most surreal way.

Allowing yourself on your way down to relax your jaws and every muscle,

Small or big,

Starting from the top of your head,

That wave of relaxation,

Letting go of any tension,

Now just like that,

And each time you let go,

Now all the way,

Sinking deeper,

You feel even lighter inside,

Relaxing much deeper as you experience what you notice all around you now.

I wonder where in your unconscious you might find the strength to let go even more of all the ways things don't belong anymore in your life,

All of the things that felt heavy,

Letting them go all the way deeper still,

The things that feel heavy,

Releasing them now as easily as it might be to just notice your breathing happening for you now,

That sense of peace that only comes in the presence of strength and permeate every last of where you may have been so thirsty,

Quenching that thirst now,

Like scratching an itch,

Because you scratch that itch,

That sensation goes away so far out of your awareness,

Never to return unless absolutely necessary,

For you learn something about yourself that helps you to feel alive,

Excited,

To really live on top of things,

Because you can relax as your mind finds freedom in effortlessly organizing your values,

Priorities,

So that you can sink even deeper,

Resting now,

Knowing that you are taken care of and you are held because you're safe,

You can feel free to choose all of the ways in which your life becomes a whole collection of fun,

Exciting and healthy choices as you surround yourself with every reminder that life is plentiful now,

And the more you notice these things around you,

Active you become in truly showing up and being present in your life,

Because you can relax now,

Knowing that you're safe,

You're healthy and you are held,

In doing so,

Your unconscious mind now understands that she can let go,

He can balance now inside of you,

Somewhere you might feel a sense of lightness that gives you safe and space,

Air to breathe in to the freedom of noticing any part of your body you wish so that you can choose in the same effortless way,

Choices that feel healthy,

Decisions that feel fun,

Aligning all of your actions to your deepest,

Most valued parts of yourself,

Somewhere in your life you may have been told that you are not worthy,

That you are not good enough,

But perhaps deeper underneath those experiences now,

You can find the truth,

The light that erases all of those expectations of others distorted beliefs that aren't something you wish to have in your life anymore,

And as your unconscious mind erases all of those experiences that bring you pain or sadness,

But keeps all of the lessons,

At any time but now,

You might come to an aha moment that helps you to effortlessly grow in to your power,

Taking control of your choices,

Every yes comes with a no,

And each no comes with a yes,

And I want your unconscious mind to powerfully install a new resource for you to scan all of the choices at any point in time and to choose the ones that align with who you are at your deepest core,

Valuing,

Prioritizing,

Love that's inside of you now,

Already beginning to grow,

Isn't it?

Deeper,

Further,

Stronger now you have ever come than before,

You can feel now,

Couldn't you?

That which feels the most compelling for you,

Doesn't it now feel so amazing to imagine life happening much quicker for you,

By you,

In a way that you are already the soul you are inside,

Embodying those characteristics of strength,

Of power,

Of confidence,

You are loving not just the beauty but also the shadows and feeling every day and every way capable of being on top of all of your choices now,

Moving forward,

It does feel easier to connect to that vision of yourself,

Doesn't it?

Remember that there are parts of you,

Always at your fingertips,

That are waiting for your intentions and directions to help guide your life in the best and most exciting way possible and so all you need to do is shift your perspective slightly to the left or to the right or perhaps gazing up higher than before or maybe even looking down and seeing how far you've come up to this place in your life where you've learned so much from all of those experiences that you can now look without any shame,

Instead with pride,

With love,

With gratitude for making you the person that is stronger,

If not the most now,

Then even more so later,

Sooner than you think and so perhaps at this point in time you may have realized some parts that you've missed are none that you aren't aware of already so sink deeper into your breath realizing that you're right where you're supposed to be,

Opening up to the expansive space somewhere in your awareness that's already growing for you and perhaps your conscious mind has already given you direction,

Conscious awareness of how to feel better about yourself in your confidence of who you are and every decision you make feels right.

Now curiosity may grow about what you may have felt or seen and heard that really solidifies the magic of this experience in complete harmony,

Alignment and on your path that you can now step forward letting go of everything else that isn't already who you are anymore.

Breathe in as deep as you'd like and then breathe out as comfortably as you wish and enjoy this moment for a little bit longer,

Remembering what you learned unconsciously that feels there and whatever way you wish to set the intention to becoming even more a better version of yourself,

Increasing compassion every step along the way.

Set your intention now for how you wish to be that allows you to feel absolutely fantastic and enjoy your breath becoming even more conscious and only come back to the surface whenever you're ready with a lightness in your heart,

A smile on your lips and gratitude everywhere else.
