Do you have issues with creating your abundance and prosperity? It might be related to your good or bad relationship to your parents. With this meditation, you help yourself have more abundance and prosperity.

You want to develop your abundance and prosperity.

You see yourself abundant and you couldn't yet materialize it in your life.

You have tried different techniques and you are not yet there.

Maybe connecting with the energetic benediction of your parents can make the difference.

In family constellations,

It's very important to energetically recognize and acknowledge your parents in order for you to go to your abundance.

Hi I am Shianne LaRoche and I am an energy coach.

We are going to do a simple exercise for you to acknowledge your parents.

It doesn't last more than 5 minutes to do.

Your parents don't need to know about you doing this exercise and don't need to be present doing it.

It doesn't matter if they are alive,

Dead,

If you have a good relationship with them or if you have cat eyes or have never known them.

You need a small pencil and a big one.

Take two objects,

One small,

One big.

It can be as simple as one small pencil and one big pencil and put them next to you.

We will be using them soon.

Breathe slowly from your belly.

Put one hand on your belly to monitor that your breathing is calm and slow and release all the tensions in your body,

Release any unrelated thoughts,

Let them go.

If you can,

Continue breathing,

Feel yourself beginning to be calm,

To breathe slowly.

Continue breathing in,

Breathing out,

Calmly.

Stop this recording till you are calm enough to continue with this practice.

And now that you are calm,

Put the two objects of your choice,

One in front of the other.

When you touch the small one,

Say its new function,

Say your name.

If your name is Michael,

Say Michael.

Put your consciousness into the small objects.

Touch the big object with the other hand and say its new function,

Mom.

Have them one looking into the other and envision yourself looking at your mom as a small infant and your mom as an adult.

Meanwhile you tell slowly to your mom by feeling every word,

I acknowledge you,

I recognize you.

I respect you as my mom.

I take the life force from you to multiplicate it.

Let's repeat it one more time.

I acknowledge you.

I recognize you.

I respect you as my mom.

I take the life force from you to multiplicate it.

Do you feel at ease saying it?

Is there any discomfort?

So now the exercise with your mom is done.

Touch the big object and say its original function,

Pencil.

Shake your body and you can take few minutes break to come back to neutral emotions.

We will begin the exercise with your dad.

Touch the big object and say its new function,

Dad.

Put the small object and the big object in front of each other.

Envision yourself looking at your dad as a small infant and your dad as an adult.

Meanwhile you tell out loud slowly to your dad by feeling every word,

I respect you as my dad.

This is the place that you have in my heart.

It's not up to me to judge you,

To judge your actions.

I respect you.

I take your energy and I leave to you what belongs to you.

Let's say it one more time.

I respect you as my dad.

This is the place that you have in my heart.

It's not up to me to judge you,

To judge your actions.

I respect you.

I take your energy and I leave to you what belongs to you.

Do you feel at ease saying it?

Is there any discomfort?

Now the exercise with your dad is done.

Touch the big object and say its original function,

Pencil.

Shake your body to release any emotions.

Now the exercise is finished.

It is advisable to do it multiple days.
