Welcome.

My name is Jessica.

Find yourself in a comfortable position.

Follow your instincts.

Feel free if you need to move to find even 10% more comfort.

Allow the body to rest here and now.

At this moment,

Notice your thoughts without judgment here.

See if you can focus on maybe one idea.

It could be something like an intention or a thought that's guiding you towards a higher purpose.

If it's hard to find,

Maybe bring your awareness to your heart center and see if there's something that is speaking to you in this area.

Let whatever needs to emerge,

Let it expand and speak to you.

Once the thought is clear,

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Imagine the breath as if it's feeding this idea,

Similar to how wind adds perhaps flames to the fire.

Imagine your idea growing stronger,

Your intention expanding.

With every inhale,

You feel the chest taking up more space as if you're absorbing all the energy.

And on the exhale,

You let it all out.

Let it spread throughout the world.

If other thoughts try to change your focus,

It's okay.

Welcome them,

But invite your intention.

Your intention as if it wants to show a model to all your other thoughts.

What do you need?

What is your focus showing you?

See if your mind and your heart can focus on your intention,

Your goal.

Let the breath allow the space for this intention to flourish.

Stay here and just notice and welcome.

Here and now,

Still with your single focus,

With the heart and the mind,

Just stay a little longer.

Stay here another five breaths.

Maybe these five last breaths,

You can exhale through the mouth as if you want to completely release and surrender to your intention.

Now here,

With that intention crystal clear in both the heart and the mind,

Send yourself some gratitude for taking the time and the space to allow everything to connect and come together.

Feeling the single focus and throughout your day,

You can always come back to that feeling,

Taking a moment of pause and reconnecting once again with your intention.

Come out of your space whenever you're ready.
