Welcome.
I invite you to come into a comfortable position,
Laying or sitting.
Invite the eyes to close.
Invite the face,
The shoulders to settle,
Let go.
Feel the support connecting to the ground.
Whichever part of the body is connected to the ground or a surface that is smooth and soft.
In this space we want to explore beauty.
I invite you with eyes closed to imagine what beauty represents for you.
I invite you here in this space to see what comes up.
You don't want to judge or categorize as good or bad.
When I say the word beauty,
What do you envision?
Here let's travel to parts of yourself that are beautiful.
Notice if there is space on your physical body that you appreciate.
That you feel a sense of deep joy,
A sense of connection,
A sense of power.
Notice what's beautiful about this area.
To noticing bits more subtle in the subtle body.
There's a place energetically where you might feel beauty.
Notice if it's somewhere along the spine,
The top of the head.
Maybe it's a zone like the heart center or maybe below the navel.
Notice if beauty is connected to a color or a sensation or an idea for you in these areas.
Notice if there's any heat,
Flicker similar to energy like electricity circulating somewhere along the subtle body.
See and notice where beauty resides inside of you.
Bring the breath here.
Notice the layers and the texture of your breath.
See if you can notice the beauty guiding you and feeding all the aspects of your physical,
Your subtle body.
There is beauty inside all of us.
There's a profound beauty inside of you.
I invite you to give space,
That joyous beauty to radiate inside.
Take time here.
How you feel.
How you feel when you can connect with beauty.
Stay here for a couple of deep breaths as if your breath is helping the beauty inside of you radiate.
Then very gently,
Whenever you're ready,
You can softly start moving.
Maybe place your hands on your heart.
I invite you to cultivate beauty throughout your day.
Notice beautiful moments.
Let your heart speak to you.
Have a glorious and beautiful day.
