Are you angry with God for not listening to you?
Or are you sad because your prayers haven't been answered?
What can you do to hear God's voice?
God communicates with us quietly.
So what if you practice getting quiet through meditation?
Turning inward quietly will allow God's voice to come through.
It's simple.
Here's how.
Sit in a comfortable position.
This can be seated on a cushion on the floor or even sitting in a chair or on your couch.
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in.
Breathing into your belly.
Softening the belly.
Breathe out.
Nice and deep.
Feel your whole body relax.
Starting with your feet.
Relaxing your legs.
Relaxing your abdomen and your chest.
Relaxing your hands and your arms.
Feeling all the tension drain out of your shoulders.
Just softening your whole body.
Relaxing your facial features.
Releasing the tongue from the roof of your mouth.
Good.
Set an intention or ask a question that you want answered.
Continuing to relax your body.
Allow your thoughts to pass by like a cloud in the sky.
If any thoughts or emotions sneak in,
Just observe them without any judgment.
Bring your awareness back to your breath.
You can start your practice with 5 minutes and slowly work your practice to 15 minutes.
Notice how much guidance you receive throughout the day and pay attention to how much you feel better more of the time.
Notice how easily and effortlessly things in your life will flow.
Look for coincidences in your life.
That will let you know that you are on the right track.
That's right.
Just breathe in.
Softening the belly.
Sitting with the spine nice and straight.
Exhale fully.
Exhale all the tension.
Great.
Good job.
Now let me know in the comments how you feel.
