I want you to find a comfortable seated position and close your eyes.

Just take a moment to tune in.

Tune in to your body.

Allow yourself to feel your body.

Take this opportunity to soften the muscles in your face,

Your jaw.

Release the tongue from the roof of your mouth.

Soften your shoulders.

Soften your abdomen.

Relax your hands,

Your arms,

Your legs,

And your feet.

Now I want you to think about a dream that you have that really brings you joy.

Something that makes you so happy when you think about it.

Imagine yourself as this future version of you.

How would you live?

How would you walk?

How would you talk?

How would you feel in your body?

Feel the feeling of living this life.

What choices would you make?

Who would you talk to?

Really put yourself into this kind of life.

Feel it with all five senses.

What do you taste?

What do you smell?

What do you hear?

Allow yourself to live this life.

Good.

Now just let it all drift away and allow yourself to get pulled into the infinite field of possibilities.

Surrender this future version of you to a greater intelligence and allow your awareness to get dissolved and pulled into the infinite space of possibilities that are all around you.

Stay with me now.

Continue to reinvest your energy into the blackness all around you.

Good.

Now slowly bring your awareness back to the present and when you are ready,

You can open your eyes.
