Good morning and welcome to your meditation.
Make sure that you're sitting comfortably and ready to begin.
Close your eyes.
And bring your awareness to the breath.
Watch the air flowing in and out of your body.
And notice how your breath is flowing for you today.
Is the breath flowing quickly or slowly?
Does it flow into your chest or into your belly?
There's no need to think about it too much.
Just watch.
And as you breathe notice how the air gently makes its way into every part of your body.
Watch the breath flowing into your feet and your hands.
Into your arms and your legs.
Into your brain.
Every time you breathe in the fresh morning air cleanses and vitalises your body for the day.
Continue to breathe.
Welcoming the cool air into the whole of your body.
And now send your awareness outwards.
Out into the outside world.
And just become aware of the morning sky.
Just let the awareness connect to the wide sky above you.
And now take the awareness down to the earth.
And just become aware of any plants,
Flowers,
Animals.
Notice the natural environment.
Become aware of any water.
Any dew drops.
Any streams or pools of water.
And just take a moment here to connect with the natural world.
Just to be aware of all of the different aspects of the natural world outside.
Nature never rushes.
There's never any urgency for the sun to move through the sky.
For the clouds to rain.
For the flowers to open.
Nature flows at its own pace.
And everything happens in its own time.
And everything always gets done.
The sun and the moon complete their cycles.
The flowers blossom.
The autumn leaves fall.
The rivers flow to the ocean.
Now come back to the breath.
Watch the breath flowing naturally.
With every breath fresh prana,
New energy and oxygen is carried into your body.
With every breath your cells are nourished and energised.
And it happens all by itself.
There's no need to force the breath to happen.
No need to rush the breath.
It just breathes.
Take a moment here to simply watch the breath happening inside your body.
I gracefully flow through life.
I am calm and content.
I joyfully move through my day.
I trust in divine timing.
I flow through life's challenges with ease.
I make a valuable contribution to the lives of others.
I welcome peace and stillness.
I take time to appreciate all of life's gifts.
I trust that my plans will beautifully unfold.
I effortlessly let go of what doesn't serve me.
I prioritise my health and wellbeing.
I surrender the need for control.
I embrace my creativity.
I see challenges as an opportunity for growth.
I prioritise play.
I take time to nurture my body,
Mind and spirit.
I am able to see the bigger picture and act for the good of all.
I am joyful and radiant.
I effortlessly navigate life's obstacles.
I welcome this beautiful new day.
And before you complete your meditation just take a moment now to tune into an intention or goal that you have for today.
And see yourself carrying this quiet feeling of peace into your day.
Into that situation.
See yourself flowing through whatever it is that you have to do today with ease.
With calmness.
Knowing that there is no rush.
There's no need for urgency.
Trusting that life will naturally unfold as it should.
See yourself enjoying your day as you blissfully flow through it.
And now slowly begin to turn your awareness back outwards.
Feel the feeling of the air against your skin.
And start to awaken your body.
Making some movements with your fingers and your toes.
And when you're ready take one more long deep breath in and out.
And slowly open your eyes to return to your day.
