I'm Jessi Galvin.
Welcome to this guided meditation to clear and reset your energy field.
Take a few moments to get really comfortable,
And if it feels okay to do so,
You can close down your eyes.
Start by taking a few deep breaths in through your nose and sighing the breath out through your mouth.
If you notice a lot of tension in your body,
As you inhale,
Lift your shoulders up to your ears,
And as you exhale through your mouth,
Let the shoulders drop naturally.
Take a few moments to breathe here like this,
Allowing tension and tightness,
And any resistance to gently be released as you exhale through your mouth.
Now,
Bring your awareness to your body,
Just noticing anything you may experience in this moment right now.
Any sensations or emotions that may be moving through you.
Gently becoming aware of any activity in your mind.
As you place the soles of your feet firmly on the earth underneath you,
Visualize any energies that don't belong to you traveling down your body and leaving your energy field through the soles of your feet.
We offer these energies to return to where they came from and to be released from your energy field now.
Now,
Become aware of the space just above your belly button.
Visualize a bright golden light in the very center of your being.
This light represents your essence,
Your central energy field,
Your alignment and your flow.
As you breathe,
Sense your core energy expanding from the central point so that your energy fills every cell of your being.
As you simply place your awareness here and breathe.
Feel yourself completely absorbed with this pure golden light as you return back to your natural state of being.
Connected to the frequencies of love,
Of acceptance,
Of flow and of your highest alignment.
Allow yourself to rest here as you recharge and allow yourself to rest here Allow yourself to rest here as you recharge from this infinite source of light energy within you.
Take some deep and slow breaths here as you allow this energy to completely absorb you.
You return home within yourself.
Take two clearing breaths here in through your nose and out through your mouth.
As you gently repeat the words I am aligned I am aligned I am connected And when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes knowing that this connection stays with you.
And if you need to tap back in at any point place your hands just above your belly button and reconnect to the golden central core of light within you.
