Day 2 of the Self Love Challenge meditating with the mirror. When your heart comes online, emotions flow more easily, soundly, and profoundly. On day 2, you will be guided in this 9 minute meditation to let go of your thoughts and come to your hearts feelings. The more you sit with your heart, the more is expressed and exposed to you. You may feel more emotions come to the surface. I invite you to embrace and let them be seen by you. After the 9 minute meditation, sit with these reflection questions. Reflection Questions: - What feelings arose from your heart space? - What thoughts came alive in session, if any? - What is your heart asking for more of? - What does your heart want to say to you? - Does you heart want to say something to someone else?

Hello my friends and welcome back to day two of this self-love portal.

Yesterday you saw your you and today you will feel your heart.

So if you haven't already,

Go ahead and set yourself up with the mirror with any incense candle,

Sage burning.

Go ahead and gaze into the mirror into yourself and taking a deep inhale with yourself,

Breathing in and breathing out.

And as you continue to gaze into your eyes throughout this process,

I'll invite you to let go of the thoughts in your mind and allow your energy to drop into your heart space.

Just feeling the energy be pulled down into your heart as you continue to gaze into your eyes and breathe into your body.

I'm just taking a few moments here to feel into your heart.

Just feeling the sensations and the energy here.

Putting all your attention into your heart as you gaze into your eyes.

Feeling deeper.

Staying with your heart.

Staying with your gaze.

Being with any emotions and sensations that want to arise.

Know it's all welcome here.

All of you.

Everything that your heart wants to feel and express and feel even more.

I'm going to ask you three questions for your heart.

I'll do it slowly,

Allowing you to feel slowly,

To hear the whispers of your heart,

Of what wants to come through.

I want you to say out loud,

Repeat after me,

My heart feels,

And finish the sentence.

Allowing yourself to feel what your heart feels.

Breathing into that question one last time.

And exhaling out.

The next question is,

My heart wants,

Saying it out loud and answering what your heart wants.

Taking one last inhale with what your heart wants,

Breathing in.

Letting go.

And the last question,

To say out loud and to answer,

My heart asks,

What does your heart ask for?

Taking a deep inhale with what your heart asks,

Breathing in.

And letting go.

Taking a few more moments to gaze into your eyes.

Taking an inhale,

Breathing in.

Exhaling out.

And saying thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

Thank you,

For taking this time to feel your heart gazing into your eyes.
