This is day 1 of a 3 day Self Love Challenge meditating with the mirror. When is the last time you looked yourself in the mirror? Deeply? When was the last time you really looked at yourself? Where you really saw yourself for who you are beyond your body? On day 1, you will do this. Inside of the 6 minute meditation you will see your you, by gazing deeply into your eyes for 6 minutes. If you are not used to eye gazing with yourself, this may feel challenging at first. I invite you to let everything go and just be with you. This may also bring up some emotions. Allow for them to flow, to see your you. After the 6 minute meditation, use the reflection questions below to explore yourself deeper. Reflection Questions: - What came up for you? - Was this expereince easy? - Was this expereince challenging? - What were your main thoughts? - What feelings came to the surface? - What do you want to say to yourself?

Welcome my friends to day one of this self-love portal and today in day one you're going to see your you.

Today you're just going to look at yourself in the mirror and just gaze into your eyes and I'll guide you into that process.

So with that being said,

You should already be in front of the mirror.

I want you to get comfortable and begin looking into your eyes taking a deep inhale with yourself and letting it all go and let's do that again.

Taking a deep inhale allowing yourself to see deeply into your eyes you can choose one eye to look into and if it ever feels cold you can look into the other eye the invitation for the next few minutes is just to gaze into your eyes allowing for whatever wants to come up thoughts,

Emotions,

Sensations just to allow for them to be here with you and see yourself as you experience yourself I'll leave you now and I'll call you back when the time is coming to a close take one more deep breath before I go breathing in and breathing out enjoy your time seeing you taking a deep inhale with yourself and letting it go just holding that eye contact for just a few moments longer seeing you see you and being with what is knowing that it's all you before you depart from the mirror and from yourself just saying thank you,
