Her curious nature led her to yoga practice, which then led into beginning to take up meditation practice. Jess has studied, practiced and received training in lovingkindness practice, Shamatha and Insight meditation in addition to becoming a Qualified MBSR Teacher through the Mindfulness Center at Brown. She offers virtual lovingkindness classes guiding students every aspect of the practice.
