"Practice can help us navigate daily life by learning how to pause and let gentleness arise even when things feel overwhelming." Jess worked as a classroom educator for over a decade. Her curious nature led her to yoga practice, which then led into beginning to take up meditation practice. Jess has studied, practiced and received training in lovingkindness practice, Shamatha and Insight meditation in addition to becoming a Qualified MBSR Teacher through the Mindfulness Center at Brown. She offers virtual lovingkindness classes guiding students every aspect of the practice.
