Gratitude is an essential practice for me,
But it's not always easy.
So that's why I'm here,
To give us just a little bit of an easier time and guide us through.

I am grateful for hope.
Hope is so powerful,
And it's something I've lost a few times in my life.
When I've had some severe injuries and some sickness,
I felt like there was no hope for tomorrow.
But when I took some time to really find something to hope for,
Whether it was to just make music again,
Have friends again,
Dance again,
I found a way to bring that brighter future to reality.
Hope is so amazing,
And if you've lost some,
I hope you can find a little something that you're hopeful for and sing to it.
