Hello.

My name is Jared Wessler,

And this is my daily gratitude.

Give me about five minutes,

And I'll guide you through.

Gratitude is an essential practice for me,

But it's not always easy.

That's why I'm here to lead us in some.

So before we begin,

Let's take one giant cleansing breath that we'll hold at the top.

Here we go.

Biggest breath of the day.

And hold it.

Hold it for a moment.

Let it out with a.

.

.

Shake out anything that feels tight.

I love the way a big breath feels.

And as the music comes around,

Let's sing our chorus.

Here we go.

Thank you.

Thank you.

For what we've come to do.

Thank you.

And again.

Thank you.

Thank you.

For what we've come to do.

Thank you.

Today,

I am grateful for silence.

I realized yesterday that I tend to fill my day with music and podcasts and all these beautiful,

Beautiful,

Noisy things.

And so I took a moment to turn everything off and just listen to the sounds that were around me and enjoy the silence.

Ah,

It was a beautiful time.

And it made me appreciate the music even more when it came back.

It made me appreciate those lectures that I like to listen to on podcasts.

And so I ask you,

Maybe today,

Find a moment of silence and take a breath.

And when you're done,

Maybe sing to it.

Thank you.

Thank you.

For what we've come to do.

Thank you.

And again.

Thank you.

Thank you.

For what we've come to do.

Thank you.

So today,

Try and find some time to just appreciate the natural sounds around you and enjoy the silence.

Just turn everything off and take a few big breaths or clean the kitchen without music or television or a video in the background and sing when you're done.

Thank you.

Thank you.

For what we've come to do.

Thank you.

One last time.

Thank you.

Thank you.

For what we've come to do.

Thank you.

As always,

I am grateful for your willing heart and for you being here today.

Thank you.
