Hi,

I'm Jenny Mayo.

Welcome to this One Minute Reset.

Find a comfortable position for your body,

Seated or lying down.

And close the eyes if you like.

Start to let your body land on whatever is holding you up.

Using your exhales to soften you.

Let's see if your breath can soften all throughout your torso,

Making a little more space.

Let's take one last deep breath in together.

Deepest breath of the day,

Down to your belly.

And gently release.

Just feeling grounded and spacious.
