Hello and welcome to your April podcast.
This month we are looking at the power of forgiveness.
It has been said that to be human is to err but it is divine to forgive.
So we're looking at what needs to be forgiven.
Perhaps it's something that you did,
Some mistake that you made that has been holding you back like a big block in your life or perhaps it's something that someone else did.
In this power of forgiveness choosing something that needs to be let go of in your life,
Something that needs to be forgiven.
Do you really want to continue to have this filter on how you view the world,
This big block and influence everything that you do?
I think time is now of the essence of which to let that go.
Don't beat yourself up.
Some things just can't be changed externally but the time is now to let go using that incredible power of forgiveness.
Our meditation today is to bring a sense of calm within,
To lift our consciousness beyond this physical plane of existence with its dualities of good and bad and to rise above that into the divine state of being.
We're in that sunshine of spirit.
There is only goodness,
There is only right and light.
Today we are learning to rise above that.
So I'd like you to give yourself a shake,
Give yourself a tense and release,
Breathing in,
Holding the tension and breathing out,
Blowing away.
Give yourself another shake.
It's time to let all of that go,
That extraneous stuff that held you back.
To give yourself another deep breath in,
Tense the body,
Place a smile on your face as you start to rise above it and blow it all away.
Blow it out of your auric field,
That bubble of light around your physical body.
Blow it out,
Blow it out of the seat of the mind,
Blow it out of your state of consciousness that no longer serves.
Just blow it out of your being,
Breathe in,
Tense the body,
Breathing out,
Blow it away and then closing the eyes.
We're going to have a structured breath practice today to help us to rise our consciousness beyond the physical plane of consciousness into a higher state of consciousness.
Breathing out,
Breathe all of the breath out of the body.
Breathing in,
We'll breathe in for a count of six or eight.
Hold the breath briefly and then breathing out for a count of eight.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight.
Immediately breathing in,
Feeling your consciousness with the incoming breath rising from the physical plane.
Hold the breath briefly on that ladder of consciousness that you've reached and then breathing out again for a count of six or eight,
Whichever is comfortable for you.
Each time that you breathe in,
You're going to use the breath to rise a little higher on that ladder of consciousness.
Hold the breath briefly on the rung that you've reached and then breathing out again with that structured count of the breath.
Using your inhale to rise on the ladder of consciousness,
Pausing the inhale,
Hold where you are at and then breathing out with that structured exhale.
Let go of the count in the breath merely using the inhale to rise.
Hold and the exhale falls away,
The old,
The extraneous falls away and you are remaining on the higher rung of consciousness that you've reached.
The inhale arrives on that rung and the exhale falls away,
Letting go of any threads of consciousness that kept you down.
Keep your consciousness on the rung of the ladder of consciousness that you've reached or striving for a higher rung.
The inhale rises,
Hold and the exhale.
Keep your consciousness on that rung as you let go of threads of consciousness that held you back.
Realize that it's only you that's holding on to those threads of consciousness,
You can let them go.
Breathe into the rung that you've reached or striving for a higher one and the exhale falls away from that point.
Another few breaths attaining and reaching the higher rung of consciousness on the spiritual ladder,
Allowing the breath to carry you there,
The pause in the breath to maintain that space and the exhale to let go of any density,
Any physical consciousness.
One more breath,
Hold and then allowing the exhale to just fall away,
Maintain that elevated consciousness and from there opening into a vast realm of light where all heaven of possibilities is open to you and in that heaven of possibilities being shown how to cut the cords that bound you to that situation that you found hard to let go of.
Being shown and given pair of gold and scissors to cut those cords and then bringing in as that cord or those cords are cut,
Bringing in a great swathe of golden forgiveness enveloping you in a golden light of forgiveness,
Giving you the power to forgive yourself or others.
A great golden light enveloping you,
Letting you realize that the error was not the situation,
The error was in holding on to guilt or blame and just letting those scenarios be dissolved in golden light of forgiveness.
It was human to err but it is divine to forgive.
Being as a divine agent,
A divine angel and forgive.
Be as the great masters who forgave all manner of ills.
It is divine to forgive.
Being enveloped in the golden light of forgiveness,
Changing your very core,
Dissolving the old and replacing it with the golden light of forgiveness.
Forgiveness at the core of your being,
Shining angelic like in the very center of your being,
That golden light of forgiveness shining through your smile,
Through your eyes,
Through your deeds and in your relationships.
The golden light of forgiveness and allowing that golden light to be enveloping your auric field and bringing yourself back into physical consciousness,
Enveloped in that golden light of forgiveness,
Shining out into the world.
You may wish to send that golden light of forgiveness to others or you may wish to just bask in its glory.
