And these are Affirmations for Cultivating Greater Self-Love and Acceptance.
I invite you to sit in a comfortable position,
Lying or sitting down.
You can let the words wash over you as you listen,
Or repeat them out loud.
If you have a practice of tapping or EFT,
You can do that as well as you listen.
And you can repeat this practice for 21 days to anchor these affirmations as a new belief or habit within your neural pathways and your nervous system.
I am letting go of the belief I need to be perfect to be loved.
I am discovering that I am enough.
My life is enough.
I'm learning that I am lovable exactly as I am.
That I am perfectly imperfect,
And so is everyone else.
I'm sending love to my old fears.
I'm learning to embrace any resistance I might have to my true self.
When I resist my resistance,
It merely gets stronger.
I'm releasing any ancestral and personal blocks to letting the love in.
I'm discovering that others' inability to love me as I wanted was on them.
It has nothing to do with my worth.
I'm learning it's safe for me to fully show up.
That I can do this.
I am doing this.
I'm aligning all parts of me.
And even when they are not aligned,
I choose to love and accept myself.
I'm discovering that the universe is on my side.
That I'm supported at all times,
Even when I can't feel it.
I'm learning that joy attracts more joy.
I'm inviting in an up-leveled version of myself.
One that has even more capacity to give and receive.
I'm stepping into my full self.
I'm healing my heart.
I'm open to letting others see me.
Really see me.
I'm committing to taking care of my mind,
Body,
And heart.
I'm learning that I'm worthy of care and attention.
That my outer relationships are a reflection of how I view myself.
I am discovering that love is my essence.
And I am reconnecting to my true source.
