Uncover your wholeness.

Find a peaceful place to lay down in a comfortable position.

And if you can,

Put headphones on now.

As you lay down,

Gently close your eyes and take in a big,

Full inhale through your nose and exhale all the way out to empty.

Inhale again,

Long and slow,

As you fill yourself up from the belly to the chest.

And exhale out,

Out,

Out.

One more time.

Exhale as you feel the breath touch the sides of your belly,

Your ribs,

Your back,

Your chest,

Your collarbones and slowly exhale out,

Out,

Out.

Now close your eyes for a second time as you turn inwards to your own multiverse,

Your inner world.

This meditation is for you to uncover your wholeness and remember that you are already complete exactly as you are in this moment and that you always have been.

Place your attention on your breath.

Notice the depth,

The quality,

The places that it touches.

Can you feel it short and shallow or longer and deeper?

Can you feel the breath as it's pulled into you caressing your airways?

Can you notice if it's warm or cool?

Breath is a purifier.

It brings us energy and takes away toxins.

See with each breath if there is anywhere in your body that you're feeling discomfort,

Perhaps tension,

Stress,

Stiffness.

Notice how when you focus on it,

You can move your breath to that exact location,

Purifying,

Re-energizing,

Unblocking,

Opening up.

Use your breath now to clear through those places of discomfort in your body.

Let it all go.

Let it all go now.

As you lay here listening to my voice,

Can you notice how with each breath you are becoming more and more relaxed?

You and the space around you are in absolute peace,

Stillness,

Oneness,

Wholeness.

Imagine a warm gold light shining above you.

You feel safe.

You feel loved.

This light feels familiar,

As though it's a part of you,

As you are a part of it.

The light shines,

Lighting up each part of your body as it scans over you and invites you into deeper and deeper relaxation.

It begins with the crown of your head moving down to your forehead.

Relax.

Your eyelids,

Cheeks,

Lips,

And jaw.

Relax deeper.

Your neck,

Collarbones.

And your right shoulder,

Right upper arm,

Elbow,

Forearm,

Wrist,

Hands,

All the way down to the fingertips,

So relaxed.

The left shoulder,

The left upper arm,

The elbow,

Forearm,

Wrist,

Hands,

And all the way down to the fingertips,

Even more relaxed.

The chest,

The ribs,

The belly softens and softens,

The hips,

Deeper and deeper into relaxation.

The right thigh,

The knee,

The shin,

The ankle,

The foot,

The toes,

Feeling so relaxed now.

The left thigh,

Knee,

Shin,

Ankle,

Foot,

Toes relaxed,

One whole.

The gold light lovingly watches over you,

Continuing to relax each and every part of your body even more into deep,

Deep relaxation.

Now place your attention on your heart cave,

Feel every beat,

Notice the energy of the heart as it beats for you in every moment,

Giving you life.

Now you're going to go on a journey to uncover your wholeness.

Remember the time when you were in your mother's womb,

The womb was your universe,

You had everything you could ever need,

You were whole,

Complete,

One.

Then as an innocent child,

You began to cover yourself with protective armor.

Our parents,

Friends,

And society unknowingly hurt us through conditioning,

Programming,

Negative beliefs because they too were hurting and wounded.

They did not know they needed to heal.

So we coped by covering our wounds with this armor.

And soon enough,

We had covered so many wounds that we forgot about the whole self underneath them.

Now is the time to remember your wholeness,

To uncover it.

This is your space and whatever comes up for you is just right.

You have full permission to explore everything.

You are safe here.

Now imagine yourself floating out of your body as you lay here,

Floating up,

Up,

Up,

Way up high,

As high as you like.

In front of you is your future.

It's glowing warmly.

As you turn around,

You see your past.

Now you're about to go back into your past just for a short time.

You're going to go back to a time when you made a decision that limits you today.

It can be anything and you can come back to this guided meditation as many times as feels right for you to repeat.

Whatever is coming up for you now is just right.

Float back into your past now until you're floating above and just before that time when you made that limiting decision.

Turn around so you're facing your future.

Notice the limiting decision.

Notice any emotions that arise.

Remember you are safe.

As you watch this moment,

Ask your unconscious mind what it needs to learn from this event.

What does it need to learn that will allow you to let go of the decision and see your truth?

See if you can allow any emotions that arise to simply be.

What does your unconscious mind need to learn from this moment?

Take a breath in and breathe out.

Now as you face your future,

Slowly float back to the now and on your way notice three other moments where if you hadn't made that decision,

Life would have been so much more peaceful.

Stop at each moment and apply the learnings you found to allow you to let go of that decision now.

One.

Two.

Three.

As you find yourself back in the present,

Floating above your body,

You see that warm gold light shining above your body.

That light shows you lit up in your truth.

It sees you only as whole,

Uncovered.

One.

It sees through the layers,

The old wounds.

It knows you.

It knows your truth.

Slowly float down into your body.

Take in a deep breath.

Breathe in truth.

Purify.

Breathe out love.

The warm gold light slowly descends,

Lighting up your whole body and it unites with you in your heart cave as one,

As truth,

Whole.

Feel the healing that you have done,

Knowing that you can come back to this whenever you're ready to uncover your wholeness.

Remember you are so deeply loved.

Remember you are whole.
