Hello,

I'm Jennifer Regular with a guided practice to invoking the healing gifts of Angel Celestina.

Angel Celestina may be an angel that you're not quite as familiar with as say Archangel Michael and Gabriel and some others.

Angel Celestina is one that you would call on when you feel like you're holding yourself back.

When you're feeling fearful of being able to express yourself,

Your truth and be able to share what's on your mind and in your heart.

Her healing gift is for creative expression,

For having the courage to be able to do that,

Express yourself fully.

So I'll be taking you through a guided practice to connect with Angel Celestina.

Whenever you're feeling like you want to be able to have more ease,

Grace and flow as you express yourself,

Gathering that courage and confidence to really be in your authentic self.

First I invite you to settle in to the spot you may be sitting or lying down or even standing which is even a more powerful stance to really embody your own self-expression.

However you choose to be right now,

Follow your next inhale into your body tempo and allowing your exhale to breathe into your body,

Allowing that breath to go through your body,

Noticing where it enters from and letting it flow all the way down through the soles of your feet,

Grounding you to the earth,

Creating the spiritual groundedness and then allowing the earth's energy to come up through those soles of your feet,

Up again through your solar plexus,

Your heart,

Your throat chakra,

All the way through the crown at the top of your head,

Connecting to the center of the universe and in your next inhale allowing that universal energy to flow back to you through your crown into your body and again all the way down through your spine into the soles of your feet and down into the center of the earth and allowing your inhales to connect from the earth up to the center of the universe and back down again exhaling it through your body and allowing this to flow naturally now allowing your attention to ease,

Your shoulders to relax and just bringing your awareness gently into your heart center now.

As I mentioned,

Angel Celestina offers a gift of creative expression,

The expression of life and she is one you would want to call on when you want to clear your own natural reaction to hold yourself back,

To restrict yourself in some way or even swallow your self-expression and this holding back reaction is clearly visible when someone is threatened.

If you observe anyone who's feeling threatened you may notice that the breathing will slow and shallow and that's why we focused a little bit on the breath at the beginning.

It's our human instinct to unconsciously slow down our breathing in order to suppress the feelings of threat.

On the other hand,

If you observe someone who's in a wonderfully expansive state such as someone who's around a happy newborn baby or around a bunch of little puppies or kittens,

Their breathing and their creative expression will be full and open.

Have you ever noticed that in others?

Maybe you've even become aware of it yourself.

It is important to note that this natural holding back reaction can seriously limit our creative expression.

It really restricts us,

It contracts us and it can hold us back from becoming a fuller expression of who we are.

Angel Celestina's energy gives life to our creative expression.

We feel enlivened and so much so that we want to share our creativity with others.

But we can also feel threatened by how we perceived others and how they might react to our creativity.

You may feel different from others and wonder how you would experience that feeling of belonging if you shared something that was so different in who you are and the way that you think and like to express yourself.

What if you became a little more bold and recognize that you're actually someone meant to stand out,

To share your innovative ideas,

To share your creative expression that can actually inspire someone,

That can influence others in a more positive way.

So rather than swallow your self-expression and hold it in,

Maybe we can call an Angel Celestina's gift to help us turn our life's dimmer switch up so that we're bright and shining.

To come out of the closet so to speak,

That spiritual closet,

And to be able to bring your gifts out into the world where others will see it,

Hear it,

Feel it and benefit from it.

It's good to be a seeker but sooner or later you have to be a finder.

Then it's good to give what you have found as a gift into the world for whoever will accept it.

And not everyone will.

You're not here for everyone.

You're here for those who are meant to learn from you,

Who are open to receive your gifts.

So when you invite Angel Celestina to help bring your creative gifts out into the world,

You can be guaranteed that there will be others who accept it.

There has always been a plan for you.

So it's your choice to gather the courage to be able to accept this mission and live it and bring it out into the world.

To paint,

Dance,

Play music or perform.

Any time you wanting to put yourself out there is when you want to call on Angel Celestina for that boost,

Quite often people wonder whether they truly are gifted,

If they're ready,

If they're good enough,

Talented enough,

If others would even want them,

Accept them.

If we truly understand who we are as spiritual beings,

As perfect human beings already,

That we can see our own creativity personified,

As if we are already a work of art.

Help you understand how creative you are.

Celestina has us consider our physical vessel,

Our body,

That our soul utilizes in this lifetime.

Recognizing it as a living creation that started from two cells that were joined together and exploded in rapid and precisely directed creative expansion into the physical being that we are.

You see,

You are already creation.

And then there's our sensory system.

Consider your ability to feel,

Smell,

Hear,

See,

And taste.

Call up those senses right now.

We are multi-sensory beings.

And we can use that for our creative expression,

To be able to receive the messages being offered now.

Consider also the fact that you are blessed with this creative power of your soul moving through your sensory system to give you emotions.

Emotions that can bring you to the heights of bliss and joy,

That can even make you laugh,

That can make you cry with grief,

Can make you even afraid that you shiver or that your teeth chatter.

All of these are extraordinary creative expressions constantly in motion.

And if this were not enough,

Consider the creative expression of your soul.

Consider its wisdom,

Compassion,

Its eternal transcendent power.

Each part of you is a part of the divine plan.

Each one of you here is to play a wonderful role in bringing about this plan.

Each one of you in this world is here to give your gifts,

Especially for those who cannot live without it.

It's essential that you share these gifts.

Who you are truly makes a difference.

And it's up to you to decide what difference do you want to make.

You're here for the evolution of humanity.

You are a creative force.

You have within you an innate ability for your self-will to create even out of fear.

You can create out of fear and you can also create out of love.

Which will you choose?

Which gifts will you receive?

Which energy will you follow?

In fear,

You're destined for a mediocre life.

In love,

Lots of vital energy,

Which it can be an acronym for,

You're destined for a more expansive life,

One of evolutionary growth.

You know that when you're in your creativity,

You're in your flow.

You're open to receive divine inspiration,

Messages,

Ideas.

And it moves you in a way that is unrestricted,

Where you just flow.

And you can feel blissful and inspiring,

Expansive.

While we motivate this force of creativity that flows through you,

You are the one who directs this flow through your self-will.

Remember,

You always have choice.

Make it a conscious choice.

You have free range here.

The creativity that aligns with creative force,

The source of soul,

The source of our creations,

Is one that brings you to the peaks of euphoria.

Have you ever felt that euphoria,

That blissfulness,

The radiating love and light that emanates from your heart,

From your soul,

And through divine connection,

That makes you feel that you have purpose in this world,

That lets you feel that your life is worth living,

And places you in service to others?

Yes,

This is you.

And if you haven't felt this yet,

Then continue to call on Angel Celestina to bring forth that creative force so that you can experience being on purpose.

You know,

It's all too common for us human beings to think that we're unimportant.

Who am I?

One of billions.

What do I matter?

You do have a place in this world.

You are meant for this world.

Everyone and everything has purpose and importance.

One message from Celestine is that you are no different than the spring flowers in your gardens.

That by some unseen urge,

Following some deep blueprint within,

We'll work against all odds with every ounce of life force to bloom with the brilliance that the blueprint within prescribes.

Flowers don't care what others think.

They just don't care what other flowers are blooming in their garden.

They don't compare themselves to others.

They do not hold themselves back,

Even if they are different.

So please use these words and break through your limitation.

Allow the creativity to flow.

Reach for the stars,

And you will find that you are the stars.
