Welcome to this Bubbles and Boundaries meditation.
Find a position that feels comfortable for you.
And if it feels good to do so,
Gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Take a slow breath in through the nose.
And a long breath out your mouth.
Again,
Breathing in.
And out.
Relax your jaw.
Allow your shoulders to soften.
Notice the support beneath you.
There is no way you need to be.
Nothing you need to solve.
For these next few minutes.
Simply be here.
Now imagine yourself in a peaceful place.
Noticing the colors and textures.
The temperature of the air.
The sounds around you.
Take a gentle breath and allow yourself to arrive.
Now I invite you to imagine a beautiful.
Golden shimmering bubble beginning to form around your entire body.
It is.
Completely transparent.
You can still see the world around you.
Connect with people.
Give and receive love.
This bubble is simply your safe space.
A place where you choose what enters your inner world.
Boundaries are not walls,
They are loving filters.
They protect your peace.
Now take a slow breath in and notice your bubble becoming stronger,
Softer,
Brighter with this breath.
And now in the distance.
Tiny shimmering bubbles begin floating towards you.
Each bubble is light,
Bright.
Beautiful moving slowly dancing through the air.
The first bubble floats close enough for you to see something written inside.
The word is kindness.
Notice how your bubble Gently welcomes this inside.
Allowing kindness to settle in your heart.
Feeling it expand in your chest.
Another bubble drifts towards you.
This one contains the word peace.
Your bubble gently lets it in.
And your body begins to relax.
And another bubble arrives.
Joy Then confidence,
Compassion.
Breath.
Creativity.
Love.
Each bubble carries something that belongs to you.
You don't have to earn it or chase it.
Your bubble simply lets it in.
And now take a few more slow breaths.
As these qualities gently fill.
Every part of your body.
A new bubble.
Now notice how every bubble floating through the air may not belong to you.
In the distance you see.
.
.
Slightly darker,
Maybe heavier bubbles.
One may carry someone else's expectations.
Another may contain criticism.
Guilt.
Someone else's worry.
Disappointments.
Watch them drift closer.
And notice something important.
You don't have to carry them.
You don't have to pop them.
As they reach your bubble they can gently Bounce away.
Continuing on their own journey.
The golden bubble around you lovingly keeps them outside.
And here you may silently repeat to yourself or Stay out loud.
I can care without carrying.
I can love without losing myself.
I release what was never mine.
Take a long,
Slow breath.
Notice how the bubble around you remains calm.
So.
Strong.
Protective.
It knows what belongs inside.
And what doesn't.
Because boundaries are an act of self-love.
They protect your peace.
Allow you to say no.
Allow you to rest.
Honor your energy.
And you are allowed to choose what you carry.
And as this meditation comes to an end,
Know this bubble doesn't disappear when you open your eyes and go about your day.
You can carry it into difficult conversations.
Busy places.
Moments where Something feels overwhelming.
Whenever you need it,
Simply pause.
Take a breath and remember your bubble.
Remember you choose what enters your inner world.
So take one final deep breath in.
And out.
Begin to notice the room or the world around you.
The feeling of your body being supported.
May move your body in a way that feels good.
When you're ready,
Slowly flutter your eyelashes open.
Perhaps carry this piece you found with you.
Into the rest of your day or night.
