A meditation.
For being true to what you feel.
Find a position that feels true to your body right now.
Just the one your body is asking for.
And when you're ready.
Allow your eyes to soften or close.
Take a slow breath in.
And a long breath out.
Again.
Breathing in.
And out.
You Let yourself arrive him.
Unidealized version of you.
Just as you are.
There is truth living inside you in this very moment.
Perhaps it is quiet.
Or loud.
You do not need to fix it.
Explain it.
Or turn it into something beautiful.
For a few moments.
You are being invited just to notice.
Bring your attention gently to your body.
Notice where you feel yourself most clearly today.
Perhaps.
Of restlessness in your legs.
A warmth in your chest.
An ache somewhere.
Softness.
Relief.
Desire.
A sense of knowing.
Whatever is there.
Let it be there.
And ask yourself.
What is true for me right now?
What is true.
For me.
Right now.
Maybe words come.
Tired.
Energized.
I miss them.
I don't want this.
I do want this.
I need more.
I need less.
I have changed.
Or maybe there are no words.
Maybe your body tightens.
Softens.
And perhaps that too.
It's a kind of truth.
Notice if any part of you wants to Correct.
How you feel.
And just notice.
Return to the body.
Your feelings are your feelings and they are allowed to exist.
They are here.
And for this moment.
That is enough.
More than enough.
Place a hand somewhere on your body if that feels right.
Your heart.
Your belly.
Your chest.
Simply say.
Vibe here.
And I am listening.
What does your body say?
What does it ask for?
More rest.
A boundary.
Movement.
A conversation.
Touch,
Food.
Quiet.
Pleasure.
Just listen.
There is something deeply intimate about.
Becoming a person who can hear themselves.
A person who can say.
This is what I feel.
This is what I notice.
This is where I am today.
And perhaps tomorrow will be different.
And that does not make today any less true.
Take a deep breath in.
And exhale slowly.
Let yourself feel the weight of your body being held.
And ask yourself one more time.
What is true for me right now?
Whatever comes,
Meet it gently.
Whatever does not come,
Leave space for it.
You are allowed to feel what you feel.
You are allowed to hear the quiet intelligence of your body.
You are allowed to appreciate your own inner experience.
And take a final big breath in.
And out.
And when you're ready.
Beginning to notice the sounds around you.
Air on your skin.
And gently.
Flutter the eyelashes open.
