We're going to start today off with some I Am affirmations.

You may hear the birds in the background as I'm sitting outside in nature.

Just close your eyes,

Surrender into your seat.

Back supported and head free is the best way to meditate.

But if you're lying down,

That's also fine too.

It's however you're comfortable.

I want you to breathe in for three and out for six.

Breathe in for three and out for six.

I want you to breathe in again for three and out for six.

Keep your eyes closed and just feel your body surrendering.

Getting lighter,

You're feeling more relaxed.

I want you to imagine a white light coming down like a waterfall starting from the top of your head,

Covering your face,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your hands,

Your chest,

Your heart,

Expanding the heart to let more love in,

Your belly.

Feel your gut just relaxing,

Taking a break.

This is where we hold a lot of stress.

Let that negative energy,

Stress you've been carrying,

Let it go.

Now down to your pelvic region,

Feel that start to soften.

Your back start to become less tense and more relaxed.

Your thighs,

Your legs,

Your calves,

We hold a lot of stress in our calves.

Feel your calves start to relax.

And then your feet and your toes.

Now we're going to start repeating some I am affirmations.

While you're being basked in this light,

I want you to quietly say,

I am safe.

I am safe.

I am worthy.

I am worthy.

I am love.

I am enough.

I am light.

I am beautiful.

I am beautiful.

I am prosperous.

I am prosperous.

I am vitality.

I am resilient.

I am resilient.

I am enough.

I am enough.

I am unique.

I am divine.

I am moving forward.

Now I want you to repeat for about a minute on your own until I tell you to let it go.

I would like you to repeat,

I am enough,

Just the way I am.

You are enough in this moment.

I am enough,

Just the way I am.

I am enough.

Repeat quietly four more times,

I am enough,

And just follow your breath and let your body just continue to fill with love and light.

And now still with your eyes closed,

I want you to think of one thing about yourself that you are grateful for.

What is one thing that you love about yourself?

Let that just fill your heart and fill your soul.

And I want you to quietly whisper to yourself,

I love you.

I love you.

And whenever you're ready,

You can open your eyes.

I wish you a fantastic day or night,

Wherever you are in the world or whatever time it is where you are at.

And just remember a little tip for you,

Whenever you use the word,

I am,

Whatever follows becomes you.
