Today we are going to do a chakra meditation.

There are seven chakras in our body and they are all connected.

And today I'm going to help you open and balance the chakras.

And at the end of this meditation I hope you feel more balanced and more connected and a greater sense of well-being.

So we're going to start off with breathing.

We're going to breathe in for two and out for four.

We're going to breathe in for two and out for four.

And we're going to breathe in for three and out for six.

And we're going to breathe in for three and out for six.

And the first chakra we're going to start with is the root chakra,

Which is at the base of the spine.

The color of the root chakra is red,

And this helps you feel grounded,

Connected,

Deep within the earth,

Safe and secure when this chakra is in balance.

So right now we're going to breathe in,

And we're going to bring life to the root chakra,

And we're going to breathe out,

And we're going to let go what no longer serves us.

So you continue breathing and following the breath,

And I will give you affirmations to balance your root chakra.

You are safe.

You are secure.

You are grounded,

And you are connected to the earth.

You're grounded within your mind,

Your body,

And your soul,

And you feel at peace.

The root chakra is letting go with old hurts and what no longer is serving you.

And one more time,

We're going to breathe life into this chakra,

And we're going to breathe balance into the chakra.

You are getting better at setting boundaries,

And you will protect yourself,

And you will set the boundaries where you need to.

And now we're going to move up to the sacral chakra,

Which is orange,

And it's right below the belly button.

This is where you get your emotional intelligence,

Your creativity,

And movement.

You're going to breathe life into the sacral chakra,

And you're going to breathe out what no longer serves you.

And again,

You're going to breathe life into the sacral chakra and out what no longer serves you.

And you continue breathing and following the breath,

And I'll be giving you affirmations.

I am creative,

And creativity comes to me very easily.

Your sacral chakra is opening up to more creativity,

Movement,

You will no longer feel stuck in your life,

And your emotional intelligence is opening up more,

And you're going to feel yourself more compassionate towards others and towards yourself.

So you're going to breathe life again into the sacral chakra,

And you're going to breathe out what no longer serves you.

And you're just going to rest here for a little bit and really take in the life and the movement in this area,

The forward momentum that you are now going to embrace in your life.

You are no longer going to feel stuck.

And now we're going to move up to the solar plexus.

The solar plexus is yellow,

And it's right below the breastbone.

This is where your personal power lies,

And this is where you're going to be replenished and restored in your personal power.

You're going to be able to say no.

You're also going to be able to set boundaries,

Healthy boundaries.

You are not going to let people take advantage of you.

When you really believe in something,

You're really going to stand your ground in who you are.

So you're going to breathe into the solar plexus,

And you're going to breathe out what no longer serves you.

Again,

You're going to breathe life into the solar plexus,

And you'll breathe out what no longer serves you.

You're starting to feel more balanced in this area.

As you follow your breath and continue your breathing,

I will be giving you affirmations.

I am strong.

I am resilient.

I will say no when I need to.

Personal power means being able to let go and not feeling like I have to control everything.

Personal power is also trusting that things will work out just as they should,

And having the ability to know when to let go.

And you're going to breathe life into the solar plexus,

And you're breathing out what no longer serves you.

And you're feeling more balanced in this area.

Now we're going to move up to the heart chakra.

The heart chakra is green.

This is where our self-development,

Unconditional love comes from,

Our willingness to forgive,

And our heart.

Imagine your heart is softening and expanding.

Light is just beaming through your heart right now.

And you're going to breathe life into your heart,

And you're going to breathe out and let go of what no longer serves you.

And again,

You're going to breathe life into your heart,

And you're going to breathe out what no longer serves you.

And as you continue breathing and just imagining your heart expanding,

Because that is what it's doing,

It's expanding,

And it's letting in more light and more love and letting go of any hurts that you have been holding onto.

And while you are watching the light just fill your heart and following your breath,

I'm going to be giving you affirmations.

I find it easy to forgive.

I completely love myself.

I need to take care of myself so I could give more to others.

I am gentle with myself and with those around me.

I am filled with compassion.

And again,

You're going to breathe in life into the heart and breathe out what no longer serves you.

Now your heart is feeling more balanced.

And your heart is also what guides you.

So don't be afraid to listen to your heart and to what it wants and to what it's telling you.

Your heart is wise and it has a lot of answers.

So you're going to breathe in and you're going to breathe out.

And we're going to move up to the throat chakra.

The throat chakra is blue.

And this is where our self-expression comes from.

But this is also where a lot of our fear comes from,

Fear of being afraid to use our voice and to really be authentic and who we really are.

So we're going to breathe life into the throat chakra and we're going to breathe out what no longer serves.

Breathe more life into the throat chakra and breathe out what no longer is serving you.

If you get a lot of sore throats,

That is a sign your chakra is blocked,

Your throat chakra.

So I'm going to have you just keep breathing in the throat chakra while I give you some affirmations.

I will be my authentic self.

I will speak my truth and be who I am.

I would rather be loved for who I am than who I am not.

I will communicate clearly.

I won't hurt people with my words.

I will have open communication with those I love.

And I will say no when I need to say no.

But I will also say yes,

Even if I fear something.

I will say yes if it's something I really want and I will not fear.

And breathe into the throat chakra and breathe out.

And this chakra is now getting more clear and balanced.

And now we're going to move up to the third eye chakra,

Which is a darker blue.

And this spot is between the eyebrows.

And this is where your wisdom and your intuition comes from.

And this is where you can get a lot of clarity when this is opened.

Our next steps in your life.

So let's breathe life into the third eye chakra and breathe out what no longer serves you.

Breathe in life in the third eye chakra and out what is no longer serving you.

So I'm going to have you continue breathing while I give you affirmations.

I am gaining clarity.

I will trust my intuition.

I will let my intuition be my guide.

I have clarity on any situation that has been giving me trouble and stressing me out.

I now have clarity on it.

I trust within myself.

I'm soft but I'm wise.

I am in flow.

Breathe life into the third eye and breathe out what is no longer serving you.

And now this chakra is feeling more balanced,

More open.

And I know you're going to gain more wisdom and clarity on your life or any questions you may have and trust within yourself.

And now we're going to move up to the last chakra,

The seventh chakra,

Which is the crown chakra.

This is where we are connected to God.

Whatever higher power you believe in,

God,

Light,

This is where oneness comes from.

To not be so judgmental of others and to really know that we are all one.

So we're going to breathe in life into the crown chakra and you're going to breathe out what no longer serves you.

And again,

You're going to breathe life into the crown chakra and you're going to breathe out what no longer serves you.

And I'm going to have you continue breathing and I'll be giving you affirmations.

I am one with all that exists.

God does things for my greater good.

When something happens,

It's not happening to me.

It's happening for me.

Some things that may seem sad in my life are really blessings in disguise.

There's a lesson to be learned.

I am one with all.

I will see the lesson in things that cause trauma in my life.

There is a lesson to be learned through all the hurt and all the pain that I have endured and will still endure.

Breathe life into the crown chakra.

You are being restored,

Renewed,

Connected.

You're always connected.

You just need to take silence in your day and take time to really listen to the divine.

But you are always connected to the divine.

You are divine.

Breathe in life and breathe out what no longer serves you.

And repeat quietly after me.

I am in flow.

I am right where I should be at this very moment.

I am a divine being.

There is a lesson in everything.

And I'm going to have you breathe in.

Light is washing over your body from the tip of your head to the tips of your toes.

It's coming down like a waterfall washing over you.

Giving you so much light and love.

You will live more from your light now than ever.

You are light.

You are here to make the world a better place.

And so now I'm going to have you breathe in one more time.

And now that we open the chakras,

We clear them and we balance them like a flower that has petals.

The chakras are going to close.

And whenever you feel that you need more balance and you seem to be very overwhelmed and stressed,

This is a great meditation to come to to balance out your whole system.

Your mind,

Your body and your soul.

Before you open your eyes,

Breathe in one more time.

And breathe out.

And before you open your eyes,

I'm going to have you think of one thing that you are grateful for.

Before you're ready,

You can open your eyes.
