Good morning.

We're going to start off today with doing a relaxation intention setting meditation So I'm going to have you close your eyes and Get comfortable The best way to meditate is your back supported and your head free But if you would rather lie down that's fine But with your head support and your back free,

Especially from the morning.

It's going to give you more energy and more focus So let's get started close your eyes and We are going to breathe in for two and out for four Breathe in for two and out for four Breathe in for three and out for six Breathe in for three and out for six And we're gonna do it one more time.

We're gonna breathe in for three and out for six And now you're just gonna follow the breath And imagine the breath being a white light so when you breathe in you're taking light into the body and When you breathe out you're breathing out any stress or anxiety or negative energy you may be holding on to So I'm gonna have you breathe the light into your body and Breathe out anything that is no longer serving you we're gonna do that for about a minute And now we're gonna move on to our five senses Still with the eyes closed See what you're seeing.

Are you seeing light?

Are you seeing dark?

Feel what you're feeling can you feel your heartbeat?

Can you feel the breath And you can feel the air that's coming in through the air Hear what you're hearing Taste what you're tasting And smell what you're smelling take a deep breath in And we're gonna do this one more time we're gonna stack all of our senses on top of one another in one awareness So try to stay with me if you don't it's okay Just keep following the breath and listening to my voice hear what you're hearing See what you're seeing Taste what you're tasting Smell what you're smelling and feel what you're feeling And now I want you to imagine a White warm light just holding you And you can feel it just knowing that today is going to be filled with miracles You're going to allow today to unfold as it is And you're going to feel it And you're going to feel it And you're going to feel it And you're going to feel it and you're going to feel it and you're going to feel it and you're going to feel it You're going to allow today to unfold as it should Today I will let unfold as it should And I will let you know that today is for your greater good Now imagine One thing that you want to accomplish today What is one goal?

What is one goal that you want to accomplish today?

And you're being Bye It could even be a goal that seems scary to you and you've been wanting to accomplish for a long time on it.

Even if you need to start small,

What is one even baby step you could take towards your big goal today?

And next,

We're going to set an intention for the day.

So is your intention to be more patient,

More loving,

To feel more resilient,

Whatever it may be,

I'm going to give you a minute to set your intention for the day.

And now that your intention set still with your eyes closed,

Think of one thing that you absolutely love about yourself.

And what is one thing that you could bring positive into the world today?

And before you open your eyes,

Imagine your day unfolding perfectly as it should.

And imagine you feeling in complete alignment.

And we're going to take a deep breath in and we're going to breathe out.

And you're going to take another deep breath in and you're going to breathe out.

And I wish you the best day today.

And whenever you're ready,

You can open your eyes.

And a quote that I want to leave you with is someone is sitting in the shade today because someone planted a tree a long time ago.

And I just love that quote.

And I feel like what you do today can make a difference in someone else's life and in your own.

So have a great day.
