Sit comfortably with your eyes closed.
The best way to meditate is to sit with your back supported and your head free.
Or you can lie down,
Whatever is more comfortable for you.
Start to surrender into your seat.
And we're going to breathe in for two and out for four.
We're going to breathe in for two.
And out for four.
And now we're going to breathe in for three.
And out for six.
We're going to breathe in for three.
And out for six.
And I'm going to have you breathe on your own.
In for three and out for six.
And just follow the breath.
You will start to experience a positive flow.
And you're going to feel positive energy filling your body.
Coming in through your feet.
You feel it in your toes.
Then the positive energy flows into your feet.
Your ankles.
Your calves.
Thighs.
Pelvic region.
Your belly.
Feel the positive energy up in your heart and your chest area.
Then flowing down into your arms and into your hands.
Back up and into your neck and your throat area.
Let that area fill with all positive energy.
Getting rid of any blocks that may be in that area.
Blocks that are keeping you from communicating.
Maybe the things you need to be communicating.
And then up to your face.
Let this positive energy just surround your face.
Let go of any stress or tension you may be holding into the face.
Soften the eyes.
Even around the ears.
And up to the crown of the head.
Now continue taking in deep breaths,
Expanding your lungs fully.
Really become aware of the sensations within your body.
Just feel the flow and the energy and the sensations that are created from within.
Let them just come up.
And this isn't a time to rush.
Just be still and let in the flow.
You are more present now than ever.
Just relax and be.
When you're in this state,
You're raising your vibrations.
You are connecting with the divine,
Your higher self,
With source,
And we're just going to rest here.
Take comfort in the stillness within and if any thoughts are coming up,
Just let them float away like bubbles.
This source energy is always within you and you can tap into it at any time.
You're going to start to notice your anxiety fading and joy and love are going to take its place.
Your heart is expanding.
Take another deep breath in and follow the breath out.
Take this moment to experience pure love and joy just filling you out.
Now think of a time when you felt pure love and joy.
A time you just felt truly loved.
Could have been divine love,
Could be human love,
Could be from a pet.
Now take those feelings and let them really embed themselves in your heart.
You're letting go of the old and you're creating new.
New life within your body.
You're creating space.
You're letting go of old stuck energy.
You are pure joy and love.
And I want you to take a moment and be grateful for who you are and what you have to offer the world.
What gifts do you have that you're going to bring into the world today?
The world needs you.
Joy,
Love and gratitude are the three most powerful emotions.
When we're in a place of joy,
Love and we're grateful.
We're raising our vibration and we're living from our heart,
From a positive place.
We're more connected to source than ever when we are living from a place of pure love.
So I want you to spread these emotions throughout your body.
Joy,
Love and gratitude.
And we're going to start at your feet.
Moving up to your legs.
Your thighs.
Your hips.
Your torso.
Really let love and joy and gratitude.
Really take hold in your belly.
We hold a lot of stress here.
Let go of that stress and that tension you may be holding on to and let joy,
Love and gratitude just really take root in your belly.
Now we're going to go up to your chest and your heart and the same thing.
Sometimes our heart carries around some heavy energy,
Some sadness.
So let's really let love and joy and gratitude really take root in our heart.
So we're going to just rest here for a minute.
Joy,
Love and gratitude going down your arms and into your hands.
Back up to your neck and your throat region.
Let joy,
Love and gratitude just really take hold on your face,
Letting go of all the stress and the tension and just softening the face.
Going to go even around the ears.
Listen to hear joyful things and loving things.
We really tend to hear what we want to hear.
So open up to hear positive things today.
And then we're going to go up to the crown of our head where we're connected to God,
Higher power.
We really just feel one with all things in creation.
And still with your eyes closed,
I want you to think of three things that you are grateful for right now that is going on in your life.
When we live from a place of gratitude,
We create miracles in our life.
And before you open your eyes,
I want you to repeat today.
