Welcome to this Yoga Nidra for sleep. Towards the end of the practice, I’ll invite you to imagine that you’re lying in a hammock – and as always, if that doesn’t resonate with you, you can choose something else. Even though this is a Yoga Nidra for sleep – it´s ok if you don't fall asleep during the practice. Arriving into the body can have a calming effect on the nervous system and prepare you for a good night’s sleep. I'll end the practice by saying "Sleep well" 3 times.
