So today let's breathe some colors to feel happy and good,

Let's get ready.
Sit comfortably on the floor,
Cross-legged or on the chair with your feet on the ground.
Straighten your back like somebody's pulling you up gently.
Rest your hands in your lap and you can close your eyes.
Now take one slow deep breath.
Fill your tummy with air.
Very,
Very slowly breathe out,
Feeling the air coming out of your nose.
Take one more breath just like that.
Great!
Now imagine that you are breathing in your favorite color.
Follow the color when it starts from your nose and goes through your throat and then your chest and your tummy.
Take another breath in and feel how this happy color flows into your whole body now.
It goes to your arms,
To your legs,
Hands,
Feet and even your head.
It's everywhere!
It feels so nice,
Doesn't it?
Are there maybe any dark and notes of nice things in your body,
On your head,
Still making some mess?
Maybe you feel some pain or maybe there's some unpleasant feeling or some pictures or words in your head.
If you catch them,
You can breathe them out like a dark smoke.
Breathe in light and your favorite color and breathe out dark smoke,
Everything you don't like and everything that's bothering you.
In light,
Out dark.
And one more.
In light and out dark.
And now it's all light everywhere.
Your body and your head and your heart all feel so good and so happy.
Now stay with that little happy feeling until I count to ten.
