Chanting to the beat of drums has been something people have practiced for thousands of years to help decrease stress and anxiety, increase positive mood, encourage feelings of relaxation, and peace, and raise your vibration. Chanting daily to beats is a spiritual discipline believed to improve listening skills, heighten energy, and achieve more sensitivity toward others. Chanting Om regularly is a great tool for manifesting positive things in your life. When chanting Om, before meditation it tends to deepen the level of connection we gain through meditation and therefore enhance our practice. Remember we don’t meditate daily to get better at meditation, we meditate daily to get better at life, so anything that brings us closer to that has to be a good thing.
