Make yourself comfortable,

Either seated or lying down is fine.

Make sure that you have plenty of time and space to yourself to enjoy this meditation.

New Moon Meditation.

As you feel your breath coming in and your breath going out,

You relax into yourself,

Feeling your body settling into the seat or the floor or the bed and feel yourself relax even further.

Visualize yourself on the beach at night.

The sky above you is dark and you sit snuggled up watching the waves.

As you watch the waves going in and out,

You find yourself breathing in time with the waves.

Inhale,

The waves wash in towards the shore.

Exhale,

The waves wash away out to sea.

Inhale,

The waves wash in.

Exhale,

The waves wash away.

Inhale,

The waves wash in.

Exhale,

The waves wash away.

Now imagine that every time you exhale,

Any stresses,

Pain or tension stored in your body are washing away and dissolving.

In your mind's eye,

You continue to watch yourself and observe the movement of your body as you breathe.

Your belly rising up on the inhale and deflating on the exhale.

Rising on the inhale,

Deflating on the exhale.

Rising on the inhale,

Deflating on the exhale.

You become aware of the empty sky above and surrender to this emptiness.

Imagine that you are sitting in a vast,

Empty space and let this emptiness still you.

In your hand,

You're holding some seeds,

Some big and some small.

These seeds symbolize your intentions,

Some short term and some long term intentions.

Next,

Bring into your awareness the intentions you wish to manifest.

Connect deeply with your intention.

Visualize your intentions one by one,

Imagining them being absorbed into the seeds.

You stand up and walk to the water's edge,

Realizing that the ocean represents universal energies such as unity,

Harmony,

Self-expression,

Purity,

Protection,

Love and many more besides.

You dig a small hole in the ground for every seed.

You sow them all and water them with this water from the ocean full of universal energies.

You walk away from the water's edge and realize that you can go back to this spot whenever you want and water the plants for quicker manifestation.

Sit with this thought for a few moments.

For a few moments,

Let the breath return to its natural rhythm,

Keeping your eyes closed.

Now let's take a few moments to slowly come out of meditation.

Gently bring the awareness back into your room,

Back into your body.

Reconnect with your breath.

Take a moment to feel yourself sitting in this presence,

Still with your eyes closed.

Take your hands and place the palms together.

Now think of one thing you can be grateful for today.

Then rub your hands together to create friction before placing your hands over your eyes and feeling the heat from the hands being absorbed by them.

Slowly and gently blink open your eyes while keeping your hands over them.

Take a few moments to do so.

There is no rush.

Now slowly move your hands away and bring your attention fully back into the here and now.

Namaste.
