Opening your body and especially your mind to deep renewal and energetic transformation.
My name is Jason Stevenson,
And in this meditation,
I will guide you to a luminous glass observatory on a distant healing planet embedded in cosmic tapestry of violet,
Gold,
And ethereal blue light.
There,
In that mystic realm,
You will rediscover your potential for transformation and the deep serenity that lives within and all around you.
But before we ascend to that enchanted place,
Let's take some time to prepare the groundwork.
Begin by setting your morning alarm if you need one,
And getting as comfortable as you can be.
At any moment along the way,
You can drift off into a night of deep,
Restorative sleep.
Taking a long,
Slow breath in,
And as you exhale,
Close your eyes to turn inwards.
Take another slow,
Mindful breath,
And as you release,
Let your body melt into the surface beneath you.
As it does,
Notice all the points of contact between your body and its physical support system.
From your feet all the way to your head,
Trace the way you are held and supported by the bed beneath you,
Surrendering a little bit more with each exhale.
And after your next out-breath,
Let your attention rest upon the crown of your head.
Imagine that from the space above your crown,
A soft,
Sparkling blue orb of cosmic energy makes its way towards you.
This is a healing orb of light,
Serenity,
And relaxation,
And in a moment,
It will travel through your body,
Offering your physical body these qualities.
So,
When you're ready,
Envision this radiant orb glistening in frosted,
Silver-blue tones,
Making contact with the very top of your head.
And as it does,
Sense a current of peace and release moving through your body.
Your forehead melting any tension above and around your eyes,
Guiding your mind to soften and surrender.
And then allow this current of pale blue light to work its way through your entire head,
Bringing light,
Love,
And ease to your nose and your cheeks,
To your mouth and your jaw,
Encircling your ears and your temples,
And wrapping around the sides and the back of your head.
Offering rest and renewal to all the cells and muscles of your entire headspace.
Take a slow,
Deep breath into this enchanted blue presence,
Relaxing your mind and your head completely on each exhale.
And as your head surrenders,
Envision this blue luminosity traveling through your neck,
And see that it soothes every small muscle and all the cells in your throat and throughout your neck,
Dissolving any tension that may be held here.
And your neck relaxes completely as a soft wave of relaxation rolls across your shoulders.
See the light gently massaging any tension you've been holding in your shoulders,
Unraveling knots of tightness to deepen your experience of release.
And as your shoulders soften,
Envision the cosmic light beginning a journey down your arms.
Observe as it enters your upper arms,
Restoring your cells and dissolving any tension before passing through your elbows,
Offering ease and nourishment.
Inch by inch,
This celestial blue glow works its way down your forearms,
Undoing any stress or tension,
Offering the same care and release to your wrists,
And eventually working through your hands.
Your hands release any grip they've held on to particular outcomes.
Surrendering to the peace of this present moment.
Take a long,
Slow breath into your luminous arms and hands,
And exhale to surrender even more.
Now,
As hands are often viewed as an energetic extension of the heart,
See that a beam of blue light extends from each of your hands and into your heart space.
Sense into this cosmic blue light as it travels across those beams,
Infusing your heart with love,
Light,
And serenity.
As you breathe into your heart center,
Feel this glistening blue orb expanding.
And as you exhale,
Invite your chest to release any tension it may be holding.
Continue to breathe into this luminous presence in your heart,
Until its light expands to encompass your entire chest.
And allow this radiant light to penetrate your back body,
Dissolving any tension or tightness that may be held there.
And as your back relaxes,
Allow this light to travel down your spine,
Inch by inch.
And imagine that each vertebrae is soothed and nourished by this enchanted,
Loving presence.
Eventually,
The light reaches your belly,
Expanding to bathe every cell,
Muscle,
And organ in your lower abdomen.
As you inhale,
Feel this blue glow glistening brighter.
And as you exhale,
Invite any residual tension in your belly or hips to melt into the surface beneath you.
Envision the light filling your entire pelvis.
And then invite it to complete its journey through your body,
Traveling down into your thighs,
Dissolving any tension there,
And passing through your knees,
Nourishing the cells and muscles in your lower legs,
And tending gently to your ankles before filling both of your feet completely.
And take your time to slowly imagine your legs filling with this shimmering presence,
Bathed completely in love,
Light,
And renewal.
Take a long,
Slow breath into both of your legs,
And exhale to really embody a full sense of release.
Now allow your awareness to zoom outwards,
As if you could take a bird's eye view of your entire body.
Imagine your body aglow with ethereal blue,
Shimmering light,
Deeply supported,
And yet deeply relaxed.
Take a few slow and steady breaths into your radiant body,
Expanding into greater depths of ease and well-being as you inhale,
Surrendering any remaining tension in your body or in your mind with each exhale.
And after your next breath out,
Gently allow the light to dissolve,
As your attention grounds into the feeling of your body on the bed.
Take a few mindful breaths to deepen your sense of being grounded and physically supported,
And in a moment,
We'll travel to a cosmic inner realm.
But it is helpful to know that you are always physically held by the earth beneath you.
No matter how high we ascend inwardly,
You can reconnect with your physical body whenever you need to.
And as you settle,
Shift your attention to your mind's eye,
And begin to see that standing before you is a glittering pathway into the cosmos.
The path might present itself as a staircase,
Or as a smooth winding trail that leads to the stars.
But in either case,
Envision it crystallizing in your mind,
Shimmering in pearl white,
Luminous sky blue,
And radiant golden sparkles.
It is made of stardust.
And as I count from one to ten,
You will travel along this pathway,
To a place where inner peace and transformation await.
So one,
Take your first step.
Feel the luminous energy of the stairs or trail,
Rising up and through your feet.
Two,
With each step,
Notice how its surface sparkles brighter,
A nudge to let you know you're on the right path.
Three,
With each inhale,
Allow your heart and mind to expand.
And four,
With each exhale,
Give yourself permission to soften.
Five,
Become aware of a starry night sky expanding around you.
To infinity in all directions.
Six,
Softening your belly as you breathe,
Ready and willing to receive.
Seven,
Know that you're safe and supported on your journey to the cosmos.
Eight,
Relaxing your shoulders,
Softening your forehead as well.
Nine,
You are nearing the end of this pathway,
Becoming aware of a luminous glass dome,
Resting on a peaceful,
Glowing planet.
And finally,
Ten,
You enter the Enchanted Observatory,
A sanctuary of light and serenity.
Its pristine glass surface shimmers with a gentle,
Iridescent,
Catching and refracting a cosmic glow all around it.
The dome's curves are seamless,
Crafted by the magic of the cosmos itself.
And beyond it is a breathtaking expanse of swirling galaxies and vibrant nebulae,
A cosmic dreamscape of deep violet,
Rich gold and ethereal blue light.
And countless stars twinkle throughout it all,
Casting bright silver light across the universe.
Take a long,
Steady inhale.
And as you exhale,
Anchor yourself within this observatory.
And as you settle into this enchanted realm,
Notice that the floor beneath your feet is a mosaic of smooth crystal.
Sky blue celestite,
Cool violet amethyst,
And blush pink rose quartz are just a few of the shimmering stones that beam up at you.
The glow of this enchanted crystal surface,
The surface of the planet itself,
Pulsates gently beneath your feet,
As if in harmony with your very own heartbeat.
Take a moment to sink into its gentle,
Grounding rhythm.
Now as you breathe slowly and steadily,
Take a moment to notice what you're wearing.
Perhaps you're dressed in a silver white spacesuit,
Or some other futuristic attire.
Or maybe you see your body cloaked in comfortable clothing,
Perhaps the very pajamas you're physically wrapped in.
Whatever attire aligns with the energy you most need in this moment.
Imagine yourself dressed in it.
Then take a moment to feel the sensation of this clothing against your body,
Really sensing what it feels like to be in this realm.
Here you stand in a glowing cosmic observatory,
Anchored on a planet far from Earth,
A planet that is known throughout the universe for its healing energy and transformative powers.
The air you breathe here is alive with renewal,
And so with each breath.
With each breath,
You begin to transform from the inside out.
Take a few conscious breaths and envision this restoration taking place throughout your cellular body.
With each inhale,
Every cell is provided with sparkling cosmic nourishment.
And with each exhale,
You release what does not serve you.
Tension and tightness,
Whether mental or physical,
Leaves your body with each out-breath.
The universe absorbs it for transformation.
Feel the warmth,
Love and nourishment of this planet traveling through your whole body as you breathe in.
Surrender deeply as you exhale.
As you breathe,
Strengthen your awareness of this crystal mosaic beneath your feet.
Each crystal carries a unique vibration,
And you yourself know which one is best suited for what you need now.
So imagine that whatever crystal you need the most appears in the planet's surface directly beneath your feet.
You might not know the name of this crystal,
Or you might simply become aware of a color,
Envisioning a crystal of that exact hue manifesting beneath you now.
Perhaps the crystal you need is clear quartz,
Black like obsidian,
Gold like citrine,
Or some other hue entirely.
Whatever you need,
It is there for you.
Allow it to crystallize in your mind's eye.
And as you feel the presence of this crystal beneath your feet,
Inhale its energy with each breath.
You can welcome its healing vibration into your whole body,
Or you can direct its properties to specific parts of your body that need it most.
And continue for a little while on your own,
Drawing in the restorative power of the planet and its crystal matrix with each breath.
Sense it transforming you.
Notice if there's another crystal that calls out to you,
Perhaps green aventurine.
Iridescent moonstone.
Or white selenite.
And then welcome the energy of that crystal deep into your body with every breath.
Feel it soften,
Restore,
And transform you,
Soothing every ache and every worry.
The crystal planet beneath your feet will continue to renew you,
But allow your attention to expand back out,
Becoming aware of the glass observatory itself.
You gaze through its pristine clear glass,
Reveling once again at the magic and the beauty of what lies beyond.
The onyx universe is alive with radiant celestial wonder.
Swirling nebulae of deep indigo and radiant gold cast enchanted glowing brushstrokes across the sky.
Galaxies glow in a kaleidoscope of colors,
Magenta,
Turquoise,
And blue,
And diamond-like stars pulsate with silver light as if they were winking at you,
Reminding you of the magic within you and all around.
Take a long,
Slow inhale,
Filling with the magic,
Wonder,
And power of the universe,
And exhale to release any residual worry or fear from your body and mind.
Inhaling to awaken your infinite potential for transformation,
And exhaling to release what does not serve you.
As you breathe,
While gazing out at the infinite cosmos,
A deep sense of calm begins to emerge,
And it comes not just from the universe and planet beyond your body,
It rises up from within.
This planet,
And your place in the glass observatory,
Serves to remind you that inner peace is always available to you.
It simply unlocks the potential that is always present within.
So,
Continue to breathe for a few quiet moments,
Filling with peace and calm on each in-breath,
And surrendering and letting go with each out-breath.
Your body and mind are transforming.
You are infused with the magic of the universe with each passing moment,
Reminded that the same universal power that surrounds you is the same power within you.
You are reminded with each breath and every shooting star that just like the universe,
You are radiantly alive and constantly in motion.
You are ever-changing,
And you have a hand in directing the way in which you transform.
You can actively participate in your healing.
So,
Take a few slow and steady breaths,
Marvelling at the mystic realm of glowing celestial bodies,
And silently repeat,
I am open to the healing energy flowing through me.
My mind and body know how to restore themselves.
With every breath,
I surrender what does not serve me.
With every breath,
I come back home to my inner peace.
If there are any other words you need to hear right now,
Silently whisper them to yourself.
Now,
Release those affirmations,
Knowing that they have already taken root within you.
And then give yourself permission to rest deeply.
Envision yourself coming to lay down on your back or side body,
On the crystal floor in the centre of the observatory.
You might want to imagine yourself nestling in with cushions and blankets,
Becoming completely comfortable as you gaze through the ceiling of the glass dome.
And as your body settles,
Take a long,
Deep inhale,
Releasing with an audible exhale.
Another long,
Slow breath in,
Releasing with a sigh of surrender.
The surface of the planet exudes a luminous silver aura,
And amalgamation of each crystal's healing vibration.
Once again,
You notice it gently pulsating,
Beating in tandem with your very own heart.
Take a moment to lean into that pulse.
Now,
Let your awareness drift through the galactic expanse all around you,
Weaving through the cosmic tapestry of celestial colour,
Beaming magenta and deep violet,
Glistening gold and ethereal blue.
And as your mind moves with awe and wonder through this cosmic playground,
You feel a deep sense of freedom from your worries.
You are attuned to universal love and magic,
And every worry that once weighed on you has dissolved into the vastness of space.
You recognise that the universe is not asking anything of you.
It simply invites you to exist,
To marvel,
To be.
Take a long,
Slow breath in,
Filling with golden stardust.
And as you exhale,
Surrender a little bit more to this healing,
Glowing planet.
As you gaze through the glass observatory,
You become fixated on the golden stardust that floats through the atmosphere.
And the more you focus,
The more pervasive the stardust becomes.
Golden particles glisten in the midnight air,
Soon seeping into the space of the observatory itself.
Take a moment to feel it drifting towards you,
Surrounding your body in warmth,
Softness,
And serenity.
Notice how the stardust dances around the crown of your head,
Soothing your scalp and quietening your mind.
And any stray thoughts or worries are absorbed by these mystic particles,
Creating a quiet hum of peace within you.
And then slowly scan your body downwards,
Sensing the way the golden dust cloaks every square inch of your beautiful being.
It envelops your face,
Relaxing your cheeks and your jaw.
It spreads across your neck and shoulders,
Untying any knots of tension with grace and ease.
And then it flows down the length of your arms,
All the way to your fingertips,
Bringing ease and lightness to every muscle and cell that it touches.
And as you breathe,
You feel this golden presence moving into your chest,
Filling your heart and your lungs with warmth and light.
With each inhale,
Your heart fills with magic and wonder.
And with each exhale,
Your heart comes home,
Home to peace,
Love,
And clarity.
And now observe as this enchanted stardust moves across your stomach and abdomen,
Dissolving any tightness or discomfort.
Your belly expands with freedom as you inhale and surrendering with love as you exhale.
And then allow this luminous presence to move into your hips,
Your thighs and your knees,
Soothing every joint and muscle,
Releasing any final bits of tension.
And it slowly completes its journey down your legs,
Moving through your calves and finally to your feet,
Inviting your legs and feet to relax completely.
Your entire body is cloaked in shimmering stardust,
Infinite particles of golden magic,
Routing you to the planet beneath you,
While also lifting your spirit towards the cosmos.
You are both anchored and free,
Embraced exactly as you are by the wisdom and love of the universe.
Take a couple of slow,
Deep breaths into this all-pervading golden dust.
And as it penetrates every fiber of your mind,
Body and spirit,
Silently repeat,
I am transformed.
I am serene.
And I am free.
I am transformed.
I am serene.
And I am free.
And I am free.
You can stay in this cosmic observatory for as long as you like,
Tethered to this crystal healing planet.
Or whenever you're ready,
Slowly allow the imagery to dissolve as your awareness anchors in your breath and in your physical body.
Notice the physical space that has supported you through this entire meditation,
And that will support you through sleep.
With each exhale,
Let your head and mind melt into the pillow beneath you.
And give yourself full permission to transition now into a sweet and restorative sleep.
