Now just imagine that your belly is a yellow balloon.

You fill up that yellow balloon.
When you breathe out,
You let all the air out of the yellow balloon.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Now imagine that your belly is a green balloon.
When you breathe in,
It fills up there.
When you breathe out,
All the air releases.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Now imagine that your belly is a purple balloon.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
And just continue to breathe normally,
Feeling any sensations in your body,
In your face.
Just put a smile on your face.
Tell yourself,
I love you.
You're okay.

And continue to tell yourself that whenever you need to hear it.
