Notice what am I feeling in my body right now?
What are my physical sensations?
Identify right now I am feeling these sensations in my body.
Determine which of these three elements need the most attention right now.
Your thoughts,
Your feelings,
Or your body sensations.
Bring your attention to that space.
And lovingly speak to it.
