Five minute anxiety relief.

Just thank yourself for giving yourself the special time to go within.

Remembering that you are your own healer.

And that anything that goes on within you is worthy of your loving curiosity and unconditional acceptance.

Just check in with yourself and ask yourself what am I thinking right now?

Identify the thoughts.

Right now I am thinking this.

Then ask yourself what am I feeling right now?

Identify the feelings.

I am feeling this.

Next,

Notice what am I feeling in my body right now?

What are my physical sensations?

Identify right now I am feeling these sensations in my body.

Determine which of these three elements need the most attention right now.

Your thoughts,

Your feelings,

Or your body sensations.

Bring your attention to that space.

And lovingly speak to it.

It's okay that you're here,

Thoughts.

It's okay that you're here,

Feelings.

It's okay that you're here,

Sensations.

It's okay.

With each breath,

Just let it unravel in your loving acceptance.

It's okay.

I see you,

Thoughts.

I see you,

Feelings.

I see you,

Sensations.

You're okay.

You need to breathe into that space with loving,

Unconditional acceptance.

Allowing,

Loving,

And receiving.

Whenever you're ready,

Gently bring your attention back to the room and open your eyes.

I want to say I was feeling anxious my head was going I was inside my head my thoughts were racing and I put this on it calmed my mind and relaxed my breathing and it even let me shed a tear, which I feel was the energy I needed to release thank you for this
