Burthing affirmations.

Just take a deep breath.

Be aware of your body.

Let your mind slow down.

Remember,

My body is perfect.

My body knows what to do.

I trust my body to birth my baby easily,

Comfortably,

Naturally.

With each breath,

I let my baby move down.

I stay out of the way.

I let my baby and my body work together in perfect unison.

I release the tension in my face,

My shoulders.

As I watch my breath breathe my baby down,

There's nothing to be scared of.

I breathe into my fear,

Remind it that everything is okay.

It's okay.

I trust my body.

I trust my baby.

I trust nature.

I am patient.

I am open.

I am a vessel.

It's okay.

I'm okay.

I'll be okay.

Thank you.
