Welcome to the Good Morning Ritual,

My loves.

Isn't it wonderful that you are awake,

Alive,

And breathing today?

What a precious miracle.

So you can use this ritual every morning to help you start your day in your best energy.

So to get started,

You could take the opportunity to sit outside for some fresh air and sunlight if you can,

Or just find a place to sit and ground yourself.

You could also light a stick of incense or burn a candle to set the mood.

And once you are settled into your seat,

Let's take a breath in together.

Breathing all of it in.

Exhaling all of it out.

Ah.

Welcoming the morning in this next breath.

And relaxing into the morning as you exhale.

Beginning to come aware of your physical body.

Maybe beginning to scan up from the toes and maybe even just allowing some gentle movement in the hips,

In the knees,

In the shoulders,

Maybe even rolling out the neck or shaking out the wrists.

Just connecting with the physical body.

And feeling gratitude for this body,

That it's working,

That it's healthy,

That it's breathing and all the things that it does for you.

Noticing how it's feeling today and paying attention to any messages the body has to share with you this morning.

At your next exhale,

Drop into your energy today.

The sensations in your body,

The feelings,

The emotions,

The vibrations,

And as you feel them and see them,

Visualize them,

And start to take some deeper breaths to see how that energy moves.

We're not trying to chase away any energy we feel,

We are in full acceptance,

We are in full allowance because all is well this morning.

We are just noticing how is my energy today.

And as you begin to take inventory of your energy and your body,

Become aware of your mind.

Where is your mind today?

Noticing your thoughts and asking yourself,

What kind of thoughts do I want to have today?

Thoughts of love,

Thoughts of joy,

Thoughts of abundance,

Thoughts of excitement,

Mystery.

Ask yourself this question and see what arises for you.

What kind of thoughts do I want to have today?

Breathing into that intention.

Let's take this a little further now.

Rub your hands together in front of you and begin to just cover your eyes,

Creating a little bit of darkness for your eyes,

Taking a big breath in here.

And as you exhale,

Start to massage the face,

The jaw,

The eyes,

The ears,

Just connecting with your face.

Starting to allow the fingers to work their way into the scalp,

Into the hair,

Just scratching down the skull,

Breathing in to the self-touch as the hands make their way down the back of the neck,

The throat,

Pulling that energy downwards,

And letting the hands land now on the heart.

Breathing into your heart and connecting with your heart.

How is your heart today?

Maybe there's some parts of the heart that you want to massage or tap,

Or maybe you want to bring some heat to your heart by rubbing some circles in this space.

Breathing into the heart.

And now allowing the hands to make their way down to the belly,

Wherever the hands feel they need to land,

Making some circles on the belly,

Some connection with the belly,

Breathing into it,

And letting the hands make their way to the back,

Massaging into the lower back,

Connecting with the sacral,

The root of the spine,

And continue to allow yourself to just pull that energy with your hands down the roots,

Down the legs,

The knees,

Down the shins and the feet.

And now just allowing your hands to rest gently on your knees or thighs,

And as you breathe in,

Exhale to feel your body start to exude a bright,

Sunny,

Golden light.

Opening your ears to all the sounds around you.

Opening your eyes to all the beautiful colors and shapes and shadows and beauty that you can see.

Fully aware and fully present.

And from your heart,

Start to blossom a tiny little flower bud,

And as you breathe into that flower bud,

You slowly see a beautiful flower blossoming petal by petal.

Opening in your chest,

Feeling that sensation and seeing the beauty of this flower.

And as this flower is blossoming open,

I want you to bring to mind five things that you are so grateful for,

Five blessings that you are receiving in your life right now.

Thinking of blessing number one.

Breathing into it.

Breathing into blessing number two.

Visualizing it,

Seeing it in your mind's eye,

Feeling that flower in your heart opening as we bring our mind to blessing number three.

Giving yourself a moment to see what that is,

Come up with it,

Visualize it,

Feel it.

Number four now.

Feeling your heart open as you think of all of these beautiful blessings in your life.

And number five.

Seeing these blessings in your mind's eye,

Or even looking around you and seeing them.

And feeling that energy that illuminates this flower in your heart as you breathe in to these blessings.

Soaking up that frequency of gratitude.

We want to breathe it all in through that flower in the heart.

And as you exhale,

See that golden light extending far around you,

Touching everyone near you,

Seeing that flower in your heart radiating so brightly for all to see.

Visualizing this light extending through your home,

Through your neighborhood,

Through your town,

And through the world.

And carry this light with you today.

Now allow your heart to smile,

Allow your face to smile,

And get ready for a gorgeous day,

You gorgeous human.

I love you,

And I'll see you tomorrow.
