This meditation is made to help collapse timelines and bring your biggest visions to life simply by walking through a day in your life when everything you've ever wanted has manifested. You'll want to keep your journal nearby for this one, so that you can write down everything you saw. Allow your subconscious to surprise you - and find out what kind of dream visions are awaiting you on the inside.

Welcome to your dream life meditation.

This meditation is for bringing you into a future timeline where all of your biggest dreams and everything that you could have ever hoped for is happening right now in this very moment on the quantum field as we venture into this version of your life and collapse timelines every time that you do this meditation.

I invite you to return as often as you can to this vision and also journal about the experience you are about to have afterwards and write down everything that you saw.

But for now,

I want you to get comfortably either in a seated meditative posture or you can lie down and get comfortable.

Let's begin.

Take a few deep breaths in.

And out.

.

.

In.

.

.

And exhaling to relax your body.

.

.

In.

.

.

And exhaling to relax your mind.

.

.

And just allow my words to guide you in this future vision.

As you settle into the space,

I want you to envision that you are waking up on a future timeline.

And before you even open your eyes,

You are feeling yourself waking up in the most comfortable bed,

In the softest sheets,

After the most delicious deep sleep with so many great dreams.

You wake up feeling peaceful,

Quiet,

Happy and free.

As you slowly let your eyes open,

You see this beautiful bed that you are lying in.

You see the color of your sheets and you see this gorgeous dream bedroom around you.

Perhaps there is someone in your bed with you or perhaps not.

Perhaps you are alone.

Perhaps there are animals sleeping in your bed with you or perhaps not.

Look around your room and see what is there,

The way you've decorated this room,

The architectural structure of this space.

And you look across the room and you see a window.

You slowly get out of bed and have a big nice stretch and you walk across this beautiful bedroom of yours and you look out the window.

Where are you?

What do you see?

What kind of climate are you in?

And what town does it feel like you are in,

In this future dream life of yours?

You look outside at the day and you smile and take a big breath in.

It's time to start your day.

And you see yourself starting to carry yourself through the perfect dream life morning routine of yours.

Perhaps you have a beautiful little yoga and meditation space for yourself.

Perhaps you go on a long walk outside.

Or maybe you even have a personal trainer meet you in your home gym.

What is this perfect dream morning ritual for you?

Slowly visualize yourself moving through this morning routine.

Noticing the way that you carry yourself,

The thoughts that you are having,

The peacefulness that you are feeling,

And the way that you carry yourself in your morning routine when you are so fulfilled there is no rush to be anywhere and you just get to enjoy this ideal perfect morning.

What is it that you do?

And as you see yourself walking through this perfect morning ritual,

Eventually it is time for breakfast.

And you see yourself wandering into this gorgeous kitchen of yours and you look around and you see all the details of this dream kitchen.

First you make yourself a beverage.

What is this morning drink?

Then you start to prepare a breakfast for yourself.

What do you eat for breakfast in this future dream life of yours?

You see yourself putting all of this breakfast together and you see yourself carrying your plate to sit down somewhere beautiful to sit and enjoy your breakfast in a beautiful space.

Perhaps you are alone for breakfast,

Perhaps you are not.

See where your mind's eye takes you.

See the way you are enjoying every bite of food and you are so present in this moment.

You are not in any rush.

And as you start to wrap up your breakfast,

You hear your phone start to ring.

You get up,

You grab your phone.

Who is calling you?

Who is calling you?

And you are so excited to hear them calling because you know why they are calling.

They are calling to congratulate you because they have heard the news.

You answer your phone,

Hello.

And this person on the phone is saying,

Oh my gosh.

Oh my goodness,

I am so proud of you.

Oh my goodness,

I am so excited for you.

You did it.

You did it.

Are you proud of yourself?

I am so excited for you.

All of your hard work.

Everything that you've done.

You did it,

Baby.

You did it.

And you are receiving this praise and this celebration and this joy.

And you are smiling and saying,

I did,

I know,

I did it.

It happened,

It all happened for me.

What are you celebrating?

What is this person so proud of you for succeeding at today?

And you stand on this phone call and this celebration with this person that loves you so much.

And you feel so excited that they are so proud of you.

And it feels so good to be celebrated in this way.

And they say,

Okay,

I am going to let you go,

But I will see you later today.

And you hang up the phone and you just stand there and take a minute.

Feeling so proud of yourself.

Like,

Yeah,

After all those years and after all that hard work and all this time,

It finally happened.

I did it.

You start to clean up after breakfast and it's time for you to get ready for your day.

So how do you get ready for your day?

Does it start with a shower?

Do you do your hair or your makeup?

Can you see yourself walking into your beautiful closet with all of these incredible clothes and jewelry that you have?

And what is the outfit that you choose to put on today?

See yourself going through these steps of getting ready.

The thoughts you have about yourself.

The way that you carry yourself.

And once you are all ready for the day,

You stand in the mirror.

And you strike your most confident pose and you look at yourself.

And you are more beautiful.

You are glowing.

You are happier.

You are more stunning.

You are more magnetic than you could have ever imagined seeing yourself in the mirror.

Looking at this outfit you put on from head to toe.

How does it feel to see your own reflection?

And now it's time to head out the door.

You head out of your house.

Perhaps you get into a car.

Perhaps a different type of vehicle.

Or perhaps you live somewhere where you prefer to walk.

But you get into this mode of transportation.

And you start heading towards one of your very favorite spots.

This is one of your very favorite spots.

And when you walk in,

There is a huge celebration happening for you.

And in the middle of this place,

There is a big circular table that is surrounded with all of the people who helped you get to this moment.

Because today they are celebrating you and your success.

And as you see yourself arriving to this place and walking up to this table.

You look around at every person sitting at this table.

And you notice who is there.

This is your team.

These are the people who have had your back this whole time.

These are the people who have been celebrating you and who have helped you get to this very moment.

Notice every single person that is sitting at this table.

And the gratitude that you feel for having their presence there with you.

And of course as you walk in and sit down,

Everybody is celebrating you.

And you do a little cheers.

What do you cheers with?

What is the drink that you are all celebrating with?

And then someone comes around and offers you food for lunch.

What is the meal that you would like to celebrate with?

What are you all eating at this beautiful celebration?

And what is happening at this celebration?

And how does it feel to be in this space where everyone has gathered to celebrate you and your success?

What are the conversations like?

How does it feel to talk about this thing that you have succeeded at?

How does it feel to be so celebrated?

And eventually you start to feel like it is time to wrap up.

You have had your fun and you would like to carry on with the rest of your day.

But before you go home,

There are a couple of fun errands that you have to go run.

Perhaps you want to go buy yourself a special celebration present.

You want to go treat yourself.

Maybe you want to go have a service done like a spa or a massage.

Maybe you want to stop at your favorite organic food store.

In this future dream life of yours,

What is a fun way of spending your afternoon running errands?

How does it feel to be in your dream mode of transportation?

How does it feel to have an unlimited bank account?

An unlimited supply of money to go and enjoy this afternoon getting all that you need to get done?

And in this future dream vision version of yourself,

What are the thoughts that you are having about the world?

How are you interacting with strangers?

How are you treating yourself?

What are the beliefs that you are carrying?

And how do you move through the world?

Eventually,

You have wrapped up all that you need to do.

And you are just so ready to head home.

Back to your dream home.

And as you're heading home,

You can start to feel the sun setting and it's slowly getting darker.

And as you pull up to your home,

You stop in the front of the house.

And it's golden hour.

The sun is low in the sky.

And you are looking up at your dream home.

Just taking it all in.

Just taking a moment to think to yourself,

Wow,

I did all of this.

This was all me.

Because I believed in myself.

And I manifested all of this.

You just take a big breath into that moment of gratitude.

And you step inside.

You take off your shoes,

You put down your purse,

You hang up your keys.

And it's time to have some dinner.

Are you making dinner alone for yourself?

Is there someone there having dinner with you or cooking with you or for you?

Is there a beverage that you are enjoying before you have your dinner?

And where in your home do you sit to have this wonderful meal every evening?

What kind of meal are you having?

And as you sit down to have dinner with a friend or a family member or a partner or even yourself,

What is the conversation like?

What are you talking about?

What kinds of plans are you making?

What kind of stories are you telling about your day?

And as the night goes on,

The sky outside starts to turn darker and darker.

You clean up after dinner.

And you start to engage with your evening routine.

What does your dream evening routine look like?

Does it start with a bathtub?

Does it start with a moment outside under the stars to pray?

How do you begin to wind down from such a big day in this dream life of yours?

And see yourself just slowly moving through these motions.

There are no distractions.

There is no rush.

There is no stress.

You are just taking your time.

Getting ready for bed.

Until eventually it is time for you to get into your pajamas,

Brush your teeth,

Do your skin care,

And start setting up your room for night time.

Maybe a cup of tea,

Maybe some candles lit or some low lights in your bedroom.

And you get into bed and you start to finish your day.

And as you are lying in bed,

In this dream home of yours,

In this dream life,

In this dream body,

You reflect on the amazing day that you just had.

You sit to reflect on all of the blessings that you have received and all that you have gone through to arrive in this moment of infinite,

Deep,

Endless gratitude for everything that you have now.

And you put your hands on your heart and you take a big breath in and you thank the higher power of the universe that brought this moment to you.

And with that heart open,

Full of gratitude,

You fall asleep with the biggest smile on your face.

And you feel yourself drifting into the deepest sleep with the best dreams ever.

Until eventually you wake up to where you are now,

In the present moment,

In your present life,

Coming back to your reality,

Knowing that everything you just experienced in that dream vision is already happening.

It is already coming your way and all you have just done now is make yourself even more magnetic to receive it.
