Hello my love and welcome to a daily self-love meditation.
You can use this meditation every day or when you need it to open your heart and practice loving and appreciating the radiant incredible being that you are.
So let's go ahead and get started.
You can sit upright if you want to or you can lay down.
You could even go on a gentle walk during this meditation,
Whatever feels best for you.
But let's start if you can by closing your eyes and let's count six deep loving breaths into your body.
Breathing in for one,
Breathing in for two.
I want you to breathe into your body as if you are breathing love into your body.
Breathing in for three,
Four.
What does it mean to breathe in to your body lovingly?
How does it feel to breathe love into your body?
Five.
One more big breath of love into the whole body feeling that breath go down into the heart,
Down to the arms and the legs,
The toes,
The fingertips,
And at the top of the head.
Now taking your hands to your heart,
Both hands right on top of the heart chakra.
Breathing in,
Feeling your heart beating under your hands and seeing if you can allow your thinking mind to drop down into your heart space.
Allowing your thoughts and your mind to just melt down into the heart space.
Dropping into the warmth of the space underneath your hands,
Into this beautiful vessel of your heart.
Breathing in,
Feeling the warmth of your hands on your heart,
Feeling that space underneath your hands,
Tuning in,
Dropping in.
Taking another breath in.
You can start using your hands to massage the space in your heart chakra,
Noticing where it's feeling tight,
Where it's feeling closed.
Maybe just gently pressing your fingers into the sternum,
Into the chest,
Maybe just moving your hands around the heart to create some warmth there.
Maybe you can even pull across the chest with your hands to feel your heart opening more and more as you breathe in.
Feeling the heat of your heart starting to build underneath your hands.
Stopping to just rest your hands on your heart now,
Bringing any more gentle,
Loving touch that you need to.
And then as your heart starts to feel more open,
You can release your hands and just let them rest in your lap,
On your knees,
Off to your sides.
Breathing into the heart and visualizing your heart blossoming open like a beautiful flower,
Like a little flower bud is poking itself out from the center of the heart.
And petal by petal,
It opens and blossoms forward into this radiant flower.
Breathing into that and allow the beauty of your heart flower to blossom open and to shine,
Sharing that beauty in your heart with the world,
With the room in front of you,
With the space around you.
Feeling that bright,
Radiant,
Colorful light from your heart start to flow through your body,
Breathing into that beautiful color.
Feeling that light from your heart start to make its way across the chest,
Down the arms to the fingertips,
Down the belly,
Down the legs to the toes.
Breathing that in up through the top of the head as if this radiant,
Bright light of a flower that's blossoming in your heart is lighting up your entire body and that light is starting to emanate through your pores,
Shining through your skin.
You are just radiating this bright heart light now,
Breathing into it.
And repeating after me or saying this out loud in your mind,
I am love.
I am body love.
My body is radiating loving energy.
When I walk into a space,
Everyone feels the warmth of my glowing love.
I am a good person.
I am a kind person.
I am a compassionate human who wishes for all beings to be freed and liberated on this planet.
I deserve to receive the love that I'm here to share with the world.
And I am open to receiving more love into my heart.
Because I radiate love.
Because I love myself.
I love who I am.
I love who I am becoming.
I love how I am always evolving.
I love how I am always changing.
I love how I am always evolving.
I love how gentle with myself I am learning to be.
I love how kind I always am.
I love how I'm always growing and learning.
I love who I am.
I love myself deeply.
And I care for myself deeply.
Breathing all those words in,
Even if they didn't feel true today,
Even if it felt hard today,
Breathing them in and allowing that vibration of these loving words to radiate through you.
Now,
Visualize yourself sitting in front of you with your radiant heart,
Your glowing heart,
Your glowing heart flower,
Your bright luminous energy.
See yourself sitting in front of you and visualize yourself as happy,
Joyful,
In love,
Free from your suffering.
And see how your energy changes when you love yourself.
See how you hold yourself when you love yourself.
And witness all of the beauty and the wonderful quality of your life.
And witness all of the beauty and the wonderful qualities that you embody.
Making a mental list as you look at yourself of all of these things that you love about yourself,
These things that are special about you,
Your beauty,
Your heart,
Your intellect,
Your kindness,
Your intention,
Your thoughtfulness.
And go out and share those things with the world today.
I love you.
I love you.
You are loved.
You are love.
You radiate love.
And may this prayer ripple out to the world and be of benefit to not just you,
But all beings.
May this meditation bring a mighty influence on making the world a better place.
Because you are powerful and the love that you are here to embody and to give yourself and to share with the world,
It is so powerful and it can absolutely change the world.
So breathe in once more to that radiant heart flower,
Let it blossom open and glow and go and change the world,
My love.
And as you complete this meditative process,
I want you to open your journal and I want you to write down a list of 10 things that you love about yourself.
I want you to come back tomorrow and I want you to do it again.
