These affirmations are for a deeper embodiment of the solar plexus to create a deeper sense of self-knowing, Confidence, Embodiment of your highest self. Listen to these as often as you need to so that your brain can start to believe these truths about who you are. I know who I am. I know who I am. I know who I am. I'm confident in who I am. I know myself and I know what I'm about. I am a skilled, Talented, And bright person. I show myself to the world with so much pride. Every day, I prioritize doing the things that light me up. Every day, I am attuning to my higher self. I hold high expectations for myself because I'm always working on doing better, Being better, Getting better, And becoming more of who I truly am. Every day, I am unraveling any beliefs about who I am not and I am replacing them with beliefs of who I truly am. When I have a goal, I know that I'll work hard to complete it. Because under pressure, I trust in myself to do my absolute best. I know what I value and I feel like I have a good moral compass. I take really good care of myself, So I know that I always am looking and feeling my best. I also know that I am a whole, Worthy, And divine being in this moment now. No one can shake my confidence because I always know who I am. I know myself and I know why I'm here. I'm proud of who I am and I love to show that to the world. I am, I am, I am that I know who I am. I am so confident about the person that I am because I really know myself and I know what I'm about. I know that I'm a skilled, Talented, And bright person. I know that I have so much to give to this world by just being who I am. That's why I show myself to this world with pride. And because I know who I am, I spend every day doing the things that make me feel like myself the most. I prioritize doing things every day that light me up and excite me. I follow my passions because I trust that they are bringing me closer to who I truly am. Every day I am attuning myself into my higher self. Every step I take, Every breath I breathe in, I am becoming more and more of who I truly am and I am always guided by my higher self. And that higher self holds high expectations for me because I'm always working on becoming more authentically me. I'm always clearing the dust and the mud that is preventing me from seeing who I truly am. And I'm always working on becoming a better version of myself. I trust in myself so much that if I have a goal, I know I'll work hard to complete it. I succeed at all of my goals and I complete all of my tasks because I'm smart, I'm organized, I'm talented, And I know what I'm doing. So when I'm under pressure, I trust in myself to do my absolute best. I know what my values are. I know what's important to me. And because of that, I feel like I have a good moral compass. I have a good code of ethics and I know what's right and what's wrong. Because I know myself and because I love myself so much, I take amazing care of myself every day. Because I take such good care of myself every day, I know that I always look and feel my best. I know how to feel good from the inside and I also know how to put myself together so I feel like I look good on the outside. I truly feel like the way that I share myself with the world externally and the way I dress and do my hair and do my makeup and style my look is just a beautiful reflection of who I am on the inside. And I also know that my most natural organic being is a beautiful, Beautiful reflection of my soul. Because of that, I know that I am whole, I am worthy, And I am a divine being. Right now in this moment, I don't need to do anything to become that whole, Worthy and divine being because I already am. No one can shake my confidence. No one can shake my confidence or put me down or tell me that I am something that I'm not because I always know who I am. I always know myself. I know what I'm doing and I know why I'm here. Because of this deep connection that I have with myself and my values and my intentions and the love that I have for who I am, I feel proud of who I am. And I love that I get to show that. And I love that I get to share who I am with the world with so much confidence. I am embodying my highest self every day. I allow my highest self to guide me, To help me make decisions, And to help me build a deeper sense of trust in myself and who I am and why I'm here and what I'm doing. Because I know who I am. I know who I am. I know who I am and I am confident in who I am. I love the woman that I am becoming. I love the woman that I am and I love the woman that I have been. And the woman I am today, She knows herself. She knows what she's about and she knows what she's not about. I have so many skills and talents and I'm so smart. I have so much to offer this society in just being who I am. And that's why I show myself to the world with such pride. I love to spend my days doing the things that make me feel the most like myself, That help me remember who I am and help me remember my highest self. I love to surround myself with people who really reflect back to me the essence of who I truly am. Every day I am guided by my higher self to step more fully into her and my higher self holds loving expectations for me so that every day I can be better and do better because I'm always, Always evolving and clearing the mud that society has put on the diamond essence of who I am because I know that underneath all of this skin is a radiant soul that is perfect, That is beautiful, That is unchanged. And the more I work on embodying my higher self, The more that I get to show that beautiful soul to the world. Because of this knowing, I know that I work hard. I complete my goals. I do what I say I'm going to do and I am who I say that I am. I don't care if I'm under pressure or what others expect out of me because I know that I always do my best no matter what anybody else says or does. I know my values. I know my ethics and I feel like I have a morality about myself. I know what's right and I know what I find to be wrong. I'm learning to take incredible care of myself so that I just always feel my best and if I want to, I know that I can get dressed up and glammed up and look my best and create an image of myself that truly reflects the essence of my soul. But I also know that I am perfect and pure exactly as I am no matter what I do for my appearance. I am beautiful. I am worthy. I am bright and I belong here on this planet. I know that I am a whole and divine being right now in this moment and because of that knowing, Nobody can shake my confidence or tell me who I am or tell me that I am wrong. They can try but it won't affect me because I know who I am and nobody comes in between my relationship with me. I know myself. I know why I'm here. I'm proud of who I am and I love showing who I am to the world. I am. I am. I am.

I had my chakras read and reiki done for the first time yesterday and my healer told me my solar plexus was blocked. I couldn’t even understand what the solar plexus was really about, that’s how blocked it was! This was so beautiful and made me understand what the solar plexus’ energy is about.
