So,

When you're ready,

Find your way into a nice,

Comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down,

Making any adjustments you need so that you can settle into inner rest.

Now,

Guide your awareness towards your breath.

Relax.

Take your time.

Breathe deeply into the stomach and close your eyes.

You let go of tightness with every exhalation.

Imagine yourself swimming within waves that come and go with the rhythm of your breath.

The water is calm,

Warm and soothing.

The gentle moves of your feet keep you swimming upright without any effort.

Feel the waves come and go.

Your body is upright under the water.

Your head and your shoulders are above the surface.

You breathe calmly and feel the warm sun.

Imagine the surface is the surface to your inner self.

Your body has already entered.

Your mind above the surface observes the smelting with your inner essence.

Observe the experience coming from the warm and gentle connection of your body and your soul.

Just breathe and silently feel it for a moment.

No need of words that try to describe.

No need of thoughts that want to understand.

Simply experience your upright body melting with the waters of your inner true self.

When you feel ready dive down in a flowing,

Calm movement.

See yourself diving into the waters of your being.

It is warm,

Calm and silent.

You take the direction towards your heart.

You know it naturally.

Your arms are stretched out in front of you,

Gently guiding your way.

The strong and calm movements of your legs take you forward.

You can breathe deeply,

Swimming in the essence of yourself towards your beating heart.

You see it coming closer and closer.

And when you arrive,

You dive right through it.

What can you feel while you and your heart unite?

Love,

Compassion,

Acceptance,

Affection.

Embrace it while you swim on towards the place where you feel your concerns waiting.

They are asking for your attention in need of your caring presence.

You can feel the direction.

You breathe calmly and embrace the feeling from the dive through your heart.

Take it with you as a precious gift.

Take your time.

You dive in flowing movements.

You get closer to the place of your concerns without being afraid.

You have no need to turn around or look away.

You are safe in the warm and calm waters of your inner self.

This is your home.

You are right where you belong.

Nothing is scary.

You are at home.

You reach your feelings of concern.

They don't harm you.

They long for your attention.

Show them your presence.

Look at them.

Swim around them.

Be calm,

Calm,

Calm and safe.

Open your arms and share your gift.

Cloak your concerns in the emotion from your heart encounter.

Feel for them.

Breathe.

Swim.

And surround them with the presence of your heart.

Again and again.

They deserve to receive your compassion,

Your acceptance,

Your affection and your love.

You deserve your compassion,

Your acceptance,

Your affection and your love when you feel anxious.

Swim around and embrace them.

When you are calm and at peace,

Slowly make your way back to the surface.

Swim towards the light of the sun.

Breathe.

And when you are ready,

Surface.

Open your eyes.

Take a moment to connect with the world around you again.

You feel calm,

At peace.

There are no concerns left inside the waters of your inner essence.
