Welcome to your meditation.

Take your time and arrive in a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down.

If you're sitting,

Keep your spine upright so that your upper body is dancing slightly with the rhythm of your breath.

And with the next inhalation,

Close your eyes.

Just feel free.

Allow your attention to stroll towards your face now.

What can you feel there?

Observe how your forehead feels.

Is there any kind of pressure that you still can let go of?

With your next inhalation,

Breathe in calmness and peace.

And with the exhalation,

Send them to your forehead.

There's nothing else you have to do.

Your breath comes and goes effortlessly.

And this moment is just perfect the way it is.

Just let your breath come and take in calmness and peace.

And when your breath goes,

Let them spread out in your forehead.

Can you feel the tightness already getting less and less?

Everything's okay.

Just take in some more inhalations of calmness and peace.

And send these feelings further up to your forehead.

May be in between your mind wonders.

That's okay.

Whenever you get aware of it,

Smile at it.

Be gentle with it.

And bring your attention back to breathing in calmness and peace.

And sending them to this growing space behind your forehead with your exhalation.

Can you feel how this space expands?

And this pressure-like feeling is dissolving.

Your mind is totally at peace.

Even if it wonders in between.

It is totally fine with you drawing your attention back towards your breath.

There is nothing you want to achieve.

Nothing you want to strive for at this moment.

With the next exhalation,

You send this feeling slowly downwards in your body.

It starts to spread out on your face,

Your cheeks and your jaws.

Be relaxed and at peace.

You can simply let go.

Your life is perfect the way it is right now.

On the next inhalation,

You breathe in calmness and peace.

With the exhalation,

They combine with this huge space within your head.

And you send them further down in your body towards your chest.

Can you feel your chest expanding slightly?

With every breath,

More and more calmness and peace is growing.

With this expanding feeling of tranquility,

It is floating down from your head in your body.

Like the soft touch of warm water.

And it is slowly expanding within you.

Can you feel how this space within your chest is growing?

Growing further and further,

Effortlessly.

Maybe in very tiny steps.

Maybe in huge ones.

It's perfect the way it is.

It is just bringing you more and more calmness,

Peace and this confident conviction that everything is right.

Everything is good and will be.

You are totally safe within your essence and at peace.

Can you feel the space spreading out further downwards your belly?

It is slowly reaching there with every exhalation.

And still there is infinite peace and calmness that you inhale.

And send out in your whole body with your exhalation.

Your head is light.

Your chest is wide open.

And can you now feel how tightness is vanishing from your belly?

It's just happening within your own pace.

Your belly is more and more expanding.

The tightness within it is dissolved from this beautiful feeling of confidence.

More and more.

Your belly is rising and falling like a gentle wave.

Your body is filled with the space of calmness,

Peace and confidence in yourself and in life You feel that everything is perfect.

There is this deep knowing in your essence that you are just good the way you are.

Nothing to strive for and to achieve.

Just be.

Be within this huge space that spreads out in your body.

Adept to the rhythm of this wave of your life giving prana.

Your breath.

Take your time.

I will let you practice being in your essence right now.

And come back after a little while on your own.

It is time to come back into this presence now.

Start with your outer body again.

Slowly start moving your fingers and your toes.

Move and stretch slightly.

Take a deep breath and when you feel ready,

Open your eyes.

Welcome back.
