Welcome,

Welcome to Jan Bond,

Mind,

Body,

Wellness Meditations.

Enjoy meditation here with me today.

I come to you with a session from Australia's Sunshine Coast in Queensland.

And my wish for you is to find relaxation and to find peace.

Take a while to make your body comfortable.

Go ahead,

Find a good space for you.

And focus in now to your breathing.

Just get yourself comfortable,

Move the body around,

And then begin to focus on your breath.

Take air into your nose and allow your exhalation to come from your mouth.

Try again into nostrils.

Release from the mouth and release into the nose.

Down into your lungs,

Into your stomach.

Hold,

Then release from your mouth.

Deep breath once again.

Now take your breath all the way to your toes.

Then breathe out.

Now begin to check in with your body,

Making sure that everything feels comfortable.

Notice everything else around you,

Such as my voice and any other sounds,

Anything.

Let these sounds come and let them go.

There,

Now it's a very good situation for relaxing and letting go of everything,

Including your day so far.

Allow it all to drift.

Even if thoughts do cross your mind,

Let them come and then let them go,

Drifting and melting.

Don't attach yourself to thoughts and sounds.

Just breathe and relax.

Now allow your focus to travel down and down to your feet,

Down to your toes.

And think about the bones in your feet.

Think about the muscles in your feet.

Let go of the rest of your body just for now.

And just put all your attention on your feet.

Wiggle your toes,

Sense how they feel.

Be in tune with your feet.

Let go of the rest of your body and let go of your feet.

Acknowledge both feet,

Left and right.

And perhaps you'll allow them,

And notice now,

That they have become heavy and released.

Breathe.

Deep.

Let relaxation in all forms release the tensions.

Feel yourself being released.

Notice how your body is getting heavier and heavier.

And there's that wonderful,

Comfortable heaviness from your feet.

Notice now as it starts to draw into your ankles.

And then even higher into your lower legs.

Shins,

Calves,

Comfortable,

Heavy.

All your muscles softening.

More and more relaxed.

Just breathe.

And release.

Knowing that you are safe.

You're safe to relax.

Good.

Very comfortable now.

You know you can allow the whole body to rest.

And relax.

Focus on your knees now.

Behind your knees.

Feel the stress there just softening more and more.

Until there's a sense of heaviness and calmness in your legs.

And then moving higher to your upper legs.

Down.

Notice comfort there.

Feel softness there.

Just breathe.

And allow your legs to sink deeper and deeper.

Good.

Watch as your relaxation rises higher to your hips.

Buttocks and stomach.

Visibly notice these parts shift into deeper and deeper calmness.

Visualize all your organs strong,

Healthy.

Relaxing your entire chest.

Relaxing your shoulders.

And if there are any tensions here in your shoulders,

Just take your breath into them.

Free them up.

And allow release.

Just relax.

Allow new freedom now to move through your spine.

All the way through the spinal column.

Indeed,

The entire back,

Both left and right.

Free up your back and let it sink deeper into the surface below you.

Free it through the back now.

Let this focus of letting go move on down now from your shoulders,

Through your arms,

To elbows,

Lower arms and to the wrists,

Hands and fingers.

Left and right side.

Everything just so relaxed and so calm.

Soften your neck now.

Next,

Your jaw.

Your mouth.

Feel them heavy and calm.

Feel them freed up.

Your whole head now,

Everything that makes up your head now calm and heavy.

Relaxed.

Feeling very good now.

Once again,

Use your imagination.

Conjure up a huge shower head.

Just like the big,

Generous,

Huge shower heads.

Instead of water now pouring out of it,

It is pouring out or showering warm,

Golden light.

And it's sprinkling and showering down.

And it comes over your head,

Over your forehead,

Luxuriously pouring over your eyelids,

Your cheeks,

Nose,

Ears,

Mouth,

All the muscles through your face.

Your tongue is relaxed,

You are relaxed.

Sprinkling,

Showering golden light now showers every single part of your body.

Over your front body and back body.

Your arms down over your legs.

Showering your entire head and face.

In fact,

Every tiny particle of you is glistening with loving,

Golden,

Magical light.

You are now covered in divine energy.

The best vibration and energy that exists.

You could even be encased in safety and protection with this golden light.

Now,

Bring the image into your mind.

Now that you're covered,

Now that you're showered and covered and safely protected,

Bring the image into your mind that there's a set of 20 steps right there in front of you.

And I'll ask you,

What are the steps looking like,

These 20 steps?

You're standing right there next to them.

Feel the floor and your feet.

Is the floor cold and is it tiled?

Is it soft carpeted?

Is it shiny or smooth?

Is it warm?

How does the floor feel to you?

Now,

Back to the steps.

Are they steep or a gentle gradient?

What are they made from these 20 steps?

These steps are going to carry us on a wonderful journey to an amazing space.

So step onto the first step and hold the handrail.

How does it feel?

Then easily take the second step.

Feel yourself get lighter,

Lighter of energy.

Then take the next step and feel lighter still,

Calm.

Third and fourth steps,

Lighter and peaceful.

Steps five,

Six and seven.

Feeling internally wonderful.

Feel ease of movements.

Step eight,

Nine,

Ten.

Up and up and up.

Peaceful now anticipation of deep yet light wonderment.

Steps eight,

Steps 11,

12,

13.

Up and up and up those steps.

You feel the air,

The atmosphere being lighter.

You are lighter.

Step again,

14,

15,

Good.

16,

17,

Almost at the top now.

Excited perhaps.

18,

19 and 20.

You're there.

At the top,

Wonderful.

So light.

Can you ever remember feeling this light?

Look ahead of you now.

There's a long corridor full of light and colour and magical energy.

And what you notice is there are a lot of doors all along the right side and the left side of the corridor.

Now curious,

Start to walk down the corridor and find yourself walking past all of the doors.

Now let your intuition guide you to which of the doors that you feel drawn to.

Take your time.

When you've chosen a door,

Turn the handle and find yourself inside a brightly lit space,

A room full of pink wonderful light and energy.

It just feels so light and so peaceful.

Loving and inviting this amazing pink loving space.

It actually really feels like home.

It feels like peace.

It feels soft.

It feels caring and loving.

Allow yourself to enter fully into the space.

And as you do,

You'll feel an utter sense of peace.

It almost feels like big,

Strong,

Caring arms wrapped around you.

Just like a big,

Warm,

Caring hug.

It's so comforting and it is safe.

You feel as if you can let go of all your worries and let go fully into this love and this caring.

You notice you have no resistance,

Only the letting in and the receiving of this energy.

It feels like,

Well,

What does it feel like?

Heaven.

Yes,

Heavenly blissful caring and release.

As if your big,

Strong,

Caring arms have now placed you upon a plump,

Soft,

Luxurious bed.

Everything feels wonderful.

Again,

Realize you have no desire to resist all or any of this.

Just receive,

Receive this love and this comfort.

You can now feel your entire being let go from every bone,

Muscle,

Sinew,

And nerve.

Your conscious mind soaks in every atom of this place and your subconscious mind floats around in that floaty,

Wonderful,

Light,

Pink energy.

Whilst your body is in total surrender.

Ah,

This space must be the origin of the love energy and you're here,

Receiving,

Breathing,

Living,

Gentle love,

So much love to receive,

So much love to enjoy for you.

Your surrender feels the breath and the breath feels the love,

Only love.

It's the beginning and it's the end of all that is.

Just breathe and just relax.

You are safe here in this space.

Time doesn't exist,

So enjoy its constancy.

Send love to your family.

Send love to your partner and friends.

Send love to the planet itself,

Animals,

Plant life,

Many,

Many others across the globe.

There is so much to give and so much to enjoy.

This heavenly,

Sacred space and all souls are loved endlessly.

Love rules here.

This very space is made of the love energy.

Take a few more moments now within the vibration.

Perhaps you'll now show a sense of gratitude for this experience,

An amazing reminder of what love is.

Feel the peace,

Feel the harmony.

Soon it will be time to step away.

However,

It won't be the last time that you can come and visit this lovely,

Wonderful,

Magical vibration.

I'll invite you to come as often as you need to,

To plug in so you can feel your own divineness over and over again.

It's not easy,

It's never going to be easy to leave this place,

This splendid peace and love.

Already,

Your door has been opened,

But before you go,

Look back around this pink,

Heavenly space.

It's a sacred room.

Say goodbye to this space,

Finding yourself again into the corridor and the corridor leads you back to the 20 stairs.

Step onto the stairs.

Again,

Grab hold of the rail.

Begin to descend.

Just be aware of how light you feel physically,

Your mind and your energy.

You feel so loved and different.

You're on top of the world,

Going up and down,

Going down now,

18,

Floating down,

17,

16,

15,

Aware of everything,

14,

13,

14,

12,

Unbelievably relaxed,

11,

10,

Nine,

Relaxed,

Wonderful,

And down,

Eight,

Seven,

Six,

Almost now at the bottom of the stairs,

Five,

Four,

Three.

You could light the space up yourself.

You glow with love and serenity.

Two,

And then one.

You're now on the bottom of the heavenly stairs.

You've done great on this heavenly journey.

Remember the love for you,

Love for others,

Love received and love given.

Feel happy about your experience.

Float back into this moment with upliftment,

And clarity of your mind.

Feel your enlightened energy and a real sense of blissful peace.

Welcome back into the now.
