Welcome back to my meditation and inspirational sessions.
Why don't you join me helping to bring about some sort of helping the mind to find a sense of peace and also balance.
And at the same time we bring the body into a rightful state of energy for these things to happen.
Allow yourself to get comfortable.
So find the space that works for you.
A space that is not disturbing,
Where you can allow your body to find its place of comfort.
And then just allow your eyes to close.
And just for a moment as we begin,
Place both of your hands just over your heart.
You do the hand on top of the heart that works for you and place the other one on top.
When you do this,
I want you to focus on feeling your heartbeat.
Feel the realness,
The essentialness of who you are.
Feel the warmth from your hands as it sinks down into your chest.
The heart feeling the sensation.
And then release your hands.
And there's a choice here.
You can place your hands beside your body,
Perhaps with the palms upwards.
Or you can place one on top of the other,
Or side by side over your stomach.
Once you've done this,
You've sent lots of different sorts of messages,
Not only to your body,
But to your mind,
That this is a time for you to bring some sort of balance into your life.
Start initially by taking a breath in.
Feel it,
And feel your own energy when you take that breath.
Again,
Another breath.
Allow it to let you feel your comfort and your grounding as you release that breath.
Now allow yourself to go deeper.
Deeper into a sense of presentness,
Being in the present and peaceful.
And allow yourself now to focus on what is termed the third eye.
That is between the eyebrows and the middle of the forehead.
And it's a space of energy.
It's connected to your spirit.
So focus your mind now on your third eye.
It's said to be the purple chakra,
A sense of magic and wonderment.
And with your eyes closed down over your eyelids,
Look at this space.
Observe this space over those closed down lids.
Feel that there's no judgment.
And again,
Breathe in.
And be willing on the out-breath to let go.
Relax your forehead and feel how soft your eyes become.
Make sure that you unclench your jaw.
And feel all of your face and your head muscles release.
Relax.
Relax.
Then move lower through your neck down into your body.
Now perhaps you'd like to notice your chest soften down all the way into your back body.
My suggestion to you right now is to become the watcher.
Become the watcher of your own releases.
And then move down into your hips and into your stomach.
Even down and down into your lower back and buttocks.
Make the shift to becoming focused.
Use your breath to let go.
Breathing in.
And a long,
Soft exhale out.
Any attachments to other thoughts or reactions to the external world,
Just simply breathe in.
And right in this moment,
Choose to let any apprehensions and cares and worries to just drift out with the breath.
Till you do find yourself releasing more and more with every single exhalation.
So as you continue to have these focused breaths,
Begin to see a radiant white light all around you.
And if you find that difficult to imagine it,
Just pretend that you do.
All around your body,
Over the top of your head.
And this radiant white light is waving in and out.
Coming in close to your body and then moving out a little way.
Into your body and back out again.
And perhaps you'll begin to notice that as you take your breaths in,
You actually draw the radiant white light in with the breathing.
Right into your nose and your body.
Your whole being.
Now as this radiant light fills you,
Your exhalations begin to release.
Working and releasing any grey heavy energy from your body,
From your mind.
Breathe in the radiant light.
And breathe out grey heavy energy.
Now continue to do this.
Breathing into specific parts of your body.
If you have a problem with your neck perhaps.
Or your right wrist.
Or your lower back.
Any part of your body,
Draw the radiant white light into that part of you.
Using that inhalation to fill the area of anomaly or pain or sickness.
And then as you let your breath go,
You release the heavy energy that in the past gave you a problem.
So this way we become more balanced when we're continuously working with the breath to release from the body.
To bring ourselves into a state of peacefulness.
So too with the mind.
So if you have any tensions or any anxieties that are moving into your life and sitting and residing in your mind,
Do the breathing radiant light.
Draw it into your mind.
Fill your mind.
And then get rid of that grey matter.
Get rid of the negativity and the stress as you release your breath.
Continue for as long as your body and your mind requires this shift of energy.
Empower yourself knowing that you have it within you.
To relax.
To release any negative energies.
And to keep uplifting yourself.
Bringing yourself more into alignment with peace and with balance.
Enjoy the process.
