Hello,

Jan Bond here again.

Happy and willing to share my meditation with you today.

Welcome to this session.

I hope you get from it what you would like to get.

Coming to you from Jan Bond Mind Body Wellness,

Sunshine Coast,

Queensland.

The golden light of healing.

Find your space now.

Prepare your mind and your body to deeply relax into healing.

Remember,

If you don't believe in miracles,

Perhaps you've forgotten that indeed you are one.

You are the miracle.

From inception to now,

It doesn't stop there though.

When you take your last breath in this phase of your existence and journey,

The miracle of you just continues on and on and on.

Now,

In this phase,

For you to heal,

Not only an aching shoulder or a back issue or sadness or a lack of some type,

Whatever we encounter that does indeed require our support and healing,

Let this session work for you.

So then,

Find your space and release into it fully.

Really feel your toes and your feet and perhaps the sensations that they might have right now.

Release a breath into them.

Move upwards into your legs,

Each side,

Any sensations that you might be feeling there.

Move your breath into each and both legs.

Allow an experience of comfortable heaviness to be here,

In your legs,

In your body,

Every part of you.

Allow yourself to shift your focus up now into your hips,

Buttocks,

And awareness of both of these areas of you and sense them.

Now,

Breathe them.

Allow,

Release.

When you breathe out,

Feel yourself soften.

Now,

Shift awareness to your spine and in fact,

Your entire back and sense it all.

Feel your back resting there on whatever is supporting it and just breathe to your back.

Then let yourself experience that softening sensation again as you shift subtly down into your release.

Do know that it's such a relief to let go.

Great.

Awareness moves around now to the front body into your stomach.

Make a conscious decision to free up your stomach's tensions.

See to the central nervous system,

Just breathe into your stomach.

And let go from there.

Another shift,

It takes you into further softness.

Raise your awareness even higher now into your chest.

Not only the whole of your chest,

But feel yourself breathing and feel the sensations and let go,

Let peace come in to your heart,

Your lungs,

To all of your organs.

When you breathe into those areas,

You become released.

Sensations now perhaps of floating down,

Whole body drifting down.

Such a relief,

Your arms and hands anchoring you.

Sense them now and your shoulders and allow them to be released.

Breathe them now.

And just experience the sense of them letting go.

Feel yourself just drifting down.

And then only the neck and head now.

Shift into them with a conscious move.

Firstly,

Your jaw and your mouth,

Graduating into all facial muscles and right across your forehead.

Heavy now,

Head relaxed,

Head supported,

Calm,

Relaxed,

Peaceful.

Breathe to your whole head and let it go and let your head just float down into softness.

And I'm wondering now,

As you won't need to let anything go,

You've allowed your whole body to release.

But it's now time to let your mind go.

Follow the suggestions.

You will heal and you will let go.

So then your mind shifts to a big,

Solid door right there in front of you,

Big,

Massive door.

What does it look like to you?

How big is it?

What's the substance of the door?

This big,

Amazing door,

Which if you notice,

Has a handle.

And then without even thinking about it,

Your hand reaches out and you can feel the handle now.

Will you turn the handle?

Because as you do,

You will allow yourself to feel the sensations,

The heaviness,

The solidity perhaps,

All of the sensations of reaching out and touching the handle of that door.

Feel how real it is to you.

Now turn that handle,

Feel its heaviness and feel it as it gently swings outwards.

It opens,

The most startling glow of golden light greets you.

Step into the space,

Allow yourself to enter into that golden light now.

Feel it,

Warm,

Extremely pleasant on your skin.

You may even feel that the sensation of the light is like big,

Strong arms keeping you safe,

Cared for.

You're bathed from head to toe,

Front and back in that blessed,

Golden,

Healing energy.

It doesn't matter where it comes from.

It heals,

It's healing and you're feeling this effect right now.

Know that every muscle,

All of your bones,

Your organs,

Cells,

Skin,

Brain,

Are bathing in the golden,

Healing energy.

Nothing is missed,

Nothing is forgotten.

Your wonderfully relaxed body is accepting and welcoming to being healed.

Initially,

You're only aware of the light.

You can see nothing else,

Aware of nothing else.

This higher intelligence completes its intention to heal you and it gradually recedes away from the circumference and the covering of your entire being and you are released to be able to move out of it.

And you do,

And as you do,

The golden energy just recedes to around the door.

There's an awareness for you now of what else is around you.

You can see again a wonderful,

Wonderful garden spreads all around,

Tall,

Majestic trees,

The canopies of emerald green leaves,

Just startling against the blue crystal sky.

Thriving bushes,

Heavenly scented blooms,

Gorgeous flowers,

Every color,

Shape and variety that ever you or I could ever imagine.

The very air is scented from these magical plants and you feel light and free and elevated from this wonderful,

Heady space.

Memories are evoked perhaps,

Beautiful memories from times gone by or current.

There's a massive jacaranda tree and its wonderful blossoms floating down through the air.

Perhaps memories of happy childhood,

A special time with grandparents,

Golden daffodils,

Highly scented daphnia,

Velvety roses,

Delicate violas,

Magical healing from every living thing in this space.

All of it healed and nourished from the golden light.

This is a wonderful healing world.

And as you now move on through the garden,

Feeling the vibrations,

So light.

Look,

There's a waterfall,

Fountain,

Spilling water,

Layers and layers,

And it finally gathers in a pond at the base.

Just take a look,

Listen.

Tinkling water,

The tinkling water aerates the pond at the base.

And as you get closer,

You can see bright orange fish rising to the surface to breathe and also to take a look around.

There next to the fountain is a wooden seat.

It's ready and waiting just for you to rest,

Meditate,

And to just be.

So allow yourself to move to that seat and sit,

Rest your back.

And you slowly become aware of bright dragonflies,

Blues and reds,

Silently flying,

Dipping over the pond.

And then more movement as you become aware of fluttering butterflies.

They explore what's on offer from the plants.

They're silent gems,

Colored beauties,

And they're just loving this place.

It does indeed seem that all negativity and pain has been erased from you.

And all life here is just in a gentle symbiosis.

As you sit there,

Your eyes close down and you listen and you breathe.

Breathe the golden healing.

Breathe the golden peace and feel the healing.

In a moment,

Your eyes once again take in your surroundings and then you feel impaled to continue to float around the garden.

You're aware that bees hum and buzz,

Happy to gather their nectar and pollen.

There's no fear.

Nothing is hurried.

Only gentleness and calmness.

Your being finds its way around,

Looking,

Taking in everything.

You feel utter contentment until you finally find yourself moving back towards the golden light,

Which is all-pervasive around the entrance and the exit of the door.

It's a magnet,

Really,

And it lures you back towards it.

And it is exciting to re-enter that wonderful golden healing energy.

Instantly,

You step inside of it.

You get surrounded and you feel the light.

It bathes and it swaddles you.

And perhaps you feel a bit like a baby,

So very loved by an adoring parent.

You can feel a contented sigh releases from you as the light relieves you and releases you back towards the big,

Strong door.

And you reach for the door's handle once again.

Your hand finds it and you turn it.

Feel it swing open towards you.

The golden light once again shines around the door and you step through the space to the other side.

Silently,

That door closes itself.

And once more,

You're gently conscious of drawing yourself back to this time and this space with your physical self and your breath.

Just feel your breathing rhythm.

Begin being aware of the space under you and around you,

The natural sounds of nature,

Perhaps,

And of life.

Bring your healed being into the now,

Your utter lightness continuing.

Just begin to encourage a stronger breath,

Encourage small movements and stretches,

Allowing your circulation to move through you.

Bend your knees perhaps,

But stay light,

Doing everything within your own time.

And then roll onto your right side.

Before pushing upwards,

Just take your time.

Think and experience your calmness.
