Calling all of your energy back to you with a focus just for now on yourself.

I am behind my eyes.

I am in my body.

My body is connected under me and I am allowing myself to soften into the ground.

Breathing into the belly and letting the exhale be longer than the inhale.

From your heart to the one in you who needs to hear it the most.

We say in our mind or whispering aloud,

I appreciate you no matter what.

I approve of you no matter what.

You're great no matter what.

I admire you no matter what.

I like you no matter what.

I am proud of you no matter what.

You've done enough.

You are enough.

You are amazing.

You are someone always.

You did enough.

You are always a success.

Deep breath,

Settle in.

All the love to little you from big you who's needed to hear this their whole life.

I approve of you.

I appreciate you.

You're great.

I admire you.

I like you.

You've done enough.

You are enough.

I am so proud of you.

You are amazing.

You're someone to me.

You did enough.

You are always a success.

And giving yourself a moment if there's another phrase that's occurring to you that you need to hear today,

Offering it to yourself as medicine,

Shifting yourselves,

Placing yourself behind your eyes in your body,

On the seat,

Deep breath into the belly,

Long exhale.

Reconnected to self,

Focused on self,

Repeating this as many times as you need until a calmness enters your body,

Opening your eyes to the room when you're ready.
