And as always,
If it feels good,
Just starting to let the body sway or rock and go forward and back or side to side.
And let's bring in Janna and her son's upgrade.
I love this phrase.
We just intend to upgrade the heart chakra tonight.
We intend it being graceful and easy because our heart is the one that carries the sorrow of us not being valued for who we really are.
And it's my knowing and my belief that we can be abundant,
Being our authentic self.
We can be loved.
We can be enough.
Of course.
We are resourced and provided for by God when we are authentic.
Just start to deepen the breath down into the belly.
And then bring the breath into the upper belly.
And then bring the breath into the chest.
And then take a nice,
Long,
Slow exhale,
Releasing from the chest,
Releasing from the upper belly,
Releasing from the lower belly.
A couple more of those.
Low belly,
Mid belly,
Or upper belly,
Chest.
Pulling up with air,
Releasing from the chest,
Upper belly,
Low belly,
Let it all drain out.
I call all of my energy back to me now.
From all space and time,
All dimensions,
Known or unknown,
I call all of me back to me.
I release that which is not mine to carry.
I return this innocent energy that ended up here back to send her with love.
I intend to receive the intention of my heart tonight.
I intend to allow an inspired life along with abundance and safety and provision.
I intend to know that this feminine way is a way.
I intend,
Especially tonight,
To live in and of and from my authentic being.
My prayer is to know that this version of me is so safe and so loved and so enough and so filled with purpose and seen,
Recognized.
I choose this now.
And I'm really going to invite you to let go of the intellectual journey tonight as our mind tries to,
My goodness,
Understand everything.
But I want you to give yourself permission to sense her,
To sense him,
To know them all at me.
But it's not from the mind.
It's breathing into that belly,
Into the chest,
Long exhale.
Let that body soften,
Calm into it.
Every exhale,
I release.
I'm going to let this be light.
I'm going to let this be easy.
I'm going to be right here,
Right now.
Who am I?
Uniquely beyond who I was taught I am.
Who am I?
Beyond what I was taught I am.
Written in my DNA,
Written in the stars,
Written in my bones.
Yes,
I am one with Source and made of the same stardust as everyone.
And I am unique.
There is an essence to me.
I remember a teacher of mine,
Michael Neal,
Used to say,
Like salt and pepper,
He was Michael-flavored God.
He was seasoning Michael-flavored and Jamie-flavored God,
Chris-flavored God,
Pete-flavored God.
It's both.
And can I give myself permission to know that that's OK and open to the possibility of making room for this worthy,
Beautiful,
Unique essence that I am?
And as always,
We begin by offering compassion to the one in you who couldn't be this full bloom yet.
I'm so sorry you were not seen or safe to exist.
As you are who you are,
And just let yourself soften and keep that breath going into the belly,
Into the chest,
Slow exhale,
Letting ourselves travel deeper within the spaciousness,
Letting clouds come and go.
It's OK if things enter our mind,
We just let go of making a deal out of them right now,
Letting it be a little bit more fluid.
It's like we know the radio station's on,
But we're focused on the TV,
That kind of feeling.
We're just going to,
As we asked in the quantum question meditation,
We're just going to ask our higher mind,
Our soul,
Our heart some questions.
I want you just to see what dawns on you,
What enters the screen of your mind.
You don't need to force it or figure it out.
We're just kind of contemplative.
We ask the question,
What was natural to me when I was young?
What was natural to me when I was young?
Breathe and listen.
Maybe you can kind of just move your focus and just look at younger you with a different curious heart.
Hey,
Kiddo,
What was natural to us when we were young?
Just look and listen.
Something that no one taught you.
It's just there.
And you were good at it.
Came easy to you and good things were birthed from it.
Maybe a hint of something is here,
Maybe a lot of things are here.
It doesn't have to make sense.
We're just going to let this little one know,
I see you.
Thank you for showing me what was natural to you.
This matters to me.
This is important to me.
I want to honor this with you.
I want to explore it together.
This is authentic you.
Just taking a couple more breaths,
Resting in this one.
When you sit with this version of yourself,
What are you inspired to do?
When you sit with this version of yourself,
What are you inspired to do with no attachment?
Just explore,
Contemplate,
Breathe.
Breathe where you went with your mind,
This little version that's showing you what's natural to her or him.
And from that place,
What's that tiny little,
Huh?
Whether you actually have the means to do it in the world or you're afraid or this,
Like,
We're just letting go of attachment.
We're in this beautiful present moment,
Untethered.
No rules.
This spot,
What are you inspired to do?
Natural place.
You,
It kind of pops into your mind as you breathe and listen and contemplate.
And if by chance you could take this into your physical reality in one small,
Tiny way.
What step may you take that feels safe and gentle and tiny and tolerable to you?
Sometimes at first we need to spend a lot of time just connecting to and starting a dialogue with this version without taking any action.
So if that's where we are,
That's beautiful.
And we let it happen in our mind.
The safety is created.
Could be just to write a poem or dance in your room,
Anything.
Lastly,
We're just going to ask this authentic you,
You might have just gotten a hint of it.
What do they need to hear to feel like they could allow themselves to be seen more?
What do they need to hear from you?
Could be anything,
That they matter,
That you love them regardless of where they are.
That you're sorry they were hidden.
Could be anything.
What do they need to hear so that they can feel a bit safer showing themselves with you more?
Offer them that if you can.
I like you.
How they perceive that.
Good.
Just let this version of you be filled with golden light,
Moving into your heart space,
Integrating with you.
An open dialogue of little inspired nudges.
It's okay if it's easy.
Okay if it's not,
But it's okay if it is too.
I have a gift of what is natural to real me for a reason.
I am behind my act.
I'm calling all of my energy back to me.
I'm releasing that which is not mine to carry.
I'm breathing into my belly,
Into my body.
I'm more aware of my body and where I'm seated.
And I'm slowly allowing a little movement in.
It's your fingers or wrists or shoulders or doing a little swing like I like to do.
I remember once a teacher said to me,
An elephant cannot hide behind a blade of grass.
Sometimes we think we can't be seen or it's just not true.
Your beautiful light,
Your essence is so ever present and maybe you just need eyes for it and to be around others who have eyes for it.
But you can't hide an elephant behind a blade of grass.
Good,
Just slowly returning to the room,
Your room,
To your space.
Okay and so I'm gonna invite you guys if you would like after this,
Take a quiet five minute journal.
I know after I did this years ago,
I just wrote down everything that came,
Even if it was a feeling or a one little image.
You can really hold into that truth.
