This course invites you on an uplifting journey to raise your vibrational frequency so you can return to your natural state of well-being. You will learn 5 simple tools (listed below) for those moments in life when you feel off-kilter; tired, stuck, overwhelmed, unmotivated, frustrated, angry. 1. Silent reflection 2. Breath control 3. Physiological change 4. Mind cleanse 5. Embodied emotion Each lesson offers a different tool for you to try on for size. Note that some of these tools may resonate with you more than others. Be sure to take whatever works for you and leave the rest. You can expect a combination of visualisation exercises, meditation, breathwork and journaling prompts as techniques to help you make the shift from low vibration to high vibration. You’ll become more self-aware, take a fuller breath, move your body to improve your mood, cleanse your mind of negative self-talk and limiting beliefs, and learn how to set and embody emotional goals.


Meet your Teacher

As a certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher and Life Coach in training, Jamie believes that the teachings of yoga provide important tools to help navigate difficult moments in life and manage emotions. In her work Jamie incorporates yogic techniques such as breathwork, meditation and deep reflection as simple tools to add to your personal transformation toolbox. An avid reader and lifelong student of personal growth and development, Jamie takes inspiration from a number of resources, some of which include Vipassana, The José Silva Method, Tony Robbins and Landmark Forum.

In today’s lesson you’ll begin to develop a relationship with your breath. After taking a moment to observe the breath as it is, not how you would like it to be, we’ll explore a simple breathing technique which you can adopt as a tool to raise your vibrational frequency.

Tool #3 - Physiological Change

This third tool will demonstrate how changing your physiology and moving your body can impact your mood, helping you shift from low vibration to high vibration in a matter of minutes. It’s a fun one!

Lesson 4

Tool #4 - Mind Cleanse

Your mind is like a garden and you are the gardener. Whatever you plant will grow. Today’s lesson takes you on a journey of deep reflection. Make sure you bring a long a note pad and pen. Together, we’ll explore some powerful exercises (including visualisations and journaling prompts) to help cleanse your mind of negative thoughts, beliefs and emotions.

Tool #5 - Embodied Emotion

This last tool is a powerful one. Today you’ll train yourself to embody high vibration emotions such as love, joy, gratitude and abundance as a means of increasing your energy and raising your vibrational frequency. And when your vibration matches that of what you desire your goals begin to manifest in your life.
