Conscious Breathwork is a profoundly powerful tool that we can use in order to stay well.
What does the staying well mean?
It means staying in balance.
It means staying in control.
It means remaining in your centre.
Due to the complexities of our modern day existence,
Our lives are constantly in an unbalanced state.
There is many factors to play here,
Whether it's social media,
Stealing our focus and attention,
Or the cost of living where huge percentages of our society are working 50 hour weeks just to survive.
Or maybe it's the ever growing population of our towns and cities that are causing major distributions in our communities and societies.
The cards are stacked against us.
However,
It's not all doom and gloom.
Modalities such as Breathwork give us our power back.
They can help us to reclaim our sovereignty over these outside sources that are constantly pushing us to our extremes.
Staying well is a lot easier than getting sick and recovering.
We don't always need pharmaceutical intervention.
We have the tools and capability to find our own healing and to help ourselves.
So stop looking for answers outside of yourself and start to look for answers from within.
Here are three tools that you can use in order to make an impact on your own wellbeing that are completely free.
Breath Learn to watch your breathing,
Listen to it and notice it throughout the day.
What is it telling you?
Are you breathing short and fast?
Chances are you might be feeling stressed or anxious or even scared.
Are you holding your breath without realising?
When is the breath relaxed and slow?
Begin to explore these questions and you will unlock a whole new world of sensation and experience.
Movement Stretch,
Walk,
Run.
Our bodies are designed to move.
They need to move.
Lack of movement results in an abundance of chronic health issues that can be easily avoided or stopped.
It doesn't need to be a huge gym session every day.
A simple 30 minute walk every day can have a huge ripple effect on your overall wellbeing.
Nature Human beings are born of nature.
We are nature.
The separation of humans and nature is playing havoc with our biology and our society.
We are not designed to live in cities on top of each other.
I encourage you to get outside,
Go to the park,
Smell the flowers and stroke the grass.
This resource is free and in abundance.
Go and explore your green spaces and reclaim nature as your own.
