If you are taking this walk and you're listening to this,
I hope that it's giving you a chance to breathe,
Reconnect,
And find your center.
You don't have to solve anything right now.
This time is just for you.
So as you begin to walk,
Let your breath guide you,
Inhaling deeply and exhaling slowly.
Feel your feet connect with the ground beneath you.
And with every step,
Imagine yourself becoming more grounded,
More steady.
I want you to really notice your surroundings,
The air on your skin,
The rhythm of your steps,
The sounds around you.
I'm hoping that whatever you're looking at is beautiful and that you're able to really breathe into it.
I think that it would be really grounding and helpful to just think about three things that you're grateful for right now and be really specific.
And I want you to let these sensations bring you back to the present moment where everything is okay.
And if your mind feels busy,
That's also okay.
You don't have to push the thoughts away,
Just let them be,
Like leaves floating on a stream,
Watching each thought pass you by.
And as you walk,
Think about these three things that you're grateful for and focus on this moment,
This breath,
And this step.
Start to ease away from what you're grateful for and start to repeat softly to yourself,
I am steady.
I am at ease.
With every step,
I feel lighter.
Take this time to simply be,
Knowing that I'm here with you,
Cheering you on in every single step.
Take another deep breath in,
Another deep breath in,
Focusing on this moment,
This breath,
And this step.
